KFC is one of our go to place, for a quick meal when we are running for an errands for the day, despite couple of bad experiences we had, we are still coming back, last night i was in Hilo town and I was late coming home and obviously have no time to prepare food, but my stopped to this KFC is another regret for me, never fail I said... we either served with wrong order, missing some order or overcharged with order, twas upsetting.. the fact that you won't know what you got if that is the right food until you got home, its disappointing, more so if you are hungry that ruined your appetite, our previous experiences it only keeps filing up in various ocassions, this time my order was simple 12 pcs. Chicken Wings but I ended up coming home with 10pcs. nothing on it but spicy which i didnt ordered spicy, to be honest 2pcs Wings missing it isn't really the big issue, the issue is that pay more attention to what these people are doing we all know that prices are climbing sky high in anywhere you turn around specially in ordering food therefore they have to satisfy customers for the money that they're paying for, I understand we make mistakes but please prevent it from occasional occurences one mistakes is enough because regardless we as consumers had no choice paying for the price, therefore we deserved to get the right food for what we paid for, so to make this short story, as I was as disappointed and hungry shortly when I got home I tried calling KFC someone answered and hung up, I then dialed back and the phone stayed busy. What a customer service. . I think this is my last draw for me, this time im feed up with people that aren't committed for quality service, shouldn't be working there if they can't function right, I wouldn't recommend KFC never anymore, poor service, missmanage.
Very run down and poor management. I got hair with my chicken, missed/messed up the orders, run out of chicken a lot of times, only have tenders, and the chicken tasted old or leftover from last week!! Most recent, I did an online order for my kids graduation party and sure enough this place never failed to disappoint me!! I do hope it’s get better because I do like KFC and it is the only one here.

Sloooow! Drive thru had a long line and moved very slow Drive thru speaker was broken. Had to place order at the window. Once at the window service was great. The ladies at the window were quick and efficient. Ordered a 4 piece dinner. The sides were great. The chicken was good. Kind of disappointed I only got dark meat (thighs and legs). Ordered 4 piece thinking I would get breast,thigh, leg and wing. Expensive, but this is Hawaii. Coming from Washington DC on a vacation.
no chicken at KFC the app didn't let me choose my store hilo went to the drive the drive through and waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that they have no chickenwish Popeye 's was open I would have drive for 20 minutes to get chicken
Employee walked away from me in the middle of a conversation about my order. My order was incomplete and I was trying to give them more money. Employees refused to look or speak to me. I left after waiting several minutes and ordered online. Upon returning for the rest of my meal the employee who walked away from me stopped her manager from coming to talk to me and then when the manager came over she apologized and said there's nothing she could do since it was online.Every time I try and go here they mess something up. Today it was the extreme lack of customer service and basic human decency.Also, worth noting that while the dining room is closed there were a bunch of the employees kids hanging out, eating and playing. Doubt that's supposed to be happening.I'm buying a deep fryer before giving you another penny. You could have done more. Downright disrespectful.
Terrible service. Waiter about 30 min in drive thru line just for them to get my entire order wrong. Girl at counter didn’t even say a word. Just horrible service I won’t be going there again
Drive through was extremely long. on the particular day that we went they didn't have bucket meals. On Another day twe went they had the bucket meals. My son and I ended up getting the famous meal .That is to die for it is super delicious Drive through line was long 15 vehicles waiting and people not know They're place in line. It moves fairly quickly. Their dining area is close so you can't go inside and order if they would allow that it would ease the drive-through traffic.
Quick service and chicken is always good
