Nice convenience store. Fairly good beer selection. Chips, salsa and other items were available. Great service staff. Easy walk from the cruise port.

A typical little general store. Stopped by here twice during our stay in Hilo in hopes of finding SOMEONE who stocks Hanalei Island IPA. First time they didn't have it, and were out of spam musubi too! Total devastation, to be honest. Popped in again during our last day here, just to pick up something, since we were going to be stuck inside our hotel during a torrential downpour that lasted most of the day. Spam musubi was back on the menu, and proof that there is a God of Alcoholics: Hanalei Island IPA was a-sittin' there, chillin' in the fridge!! Woohoo!! Sadly, I'm not enough of an alcoholic to drink 6 beers in one evening, so I decided to "pay it forward" to some lucky recipient by leaving the last two in the fridge back at the hotel.If you're the one who benefited from my generosity, they are basically $2 a bottle, so you could always "pay it back!" To me!

Absolutely love this general store! The staff treat you like family and are always smiling and happy to help. They have great food and coffee anything else you might want or need to pick up on your way to the beach or on your way after! You feel welcome and like you want to come back.
Very friendly staff! Good selection of stuff. I really enjoyed the dry fish products in the refrigerated section. Good local poi too!
