Great tasting coffee, but ?????? to service. I’ve been to this place a few times and I do not understand how a coffee house that has 8-10 employees take 30-40 minutes to get an order completed! This place has more people working at once then an average restaurant does, yet the turnaround time to get your order is SUPER SLOW!!! I guess if you have the time & patience to wait this long for coffee then great. But if you don’t - try Cafe Boba who also serves great tasting coffee drinks w/out the ridiculous wait time.

So many flavors and so many milk alternatives! Oat milk and almond milk available. Our lattes were great and the service was super friendly.
This place is da bomb! We came here everyday for coffee and breakfast on our week stay in Hilo. Coffee is strong and delicious and the sandwiches are amazing!
Great drive-thru coffee place. Breakfast sandwiches were actually very tasty. Prices were right. Smoothie and iced coffee were delicious. Take your food/drinks down to one of the beaches for a fun little picnic.
My BLT wrap was delicious!I had never been there before but my daughter has. She new exactly what she wanted.I found the ordering a bit stressful. They have a person walking up and down the line of cars taking orders and the menu isn't visible until your at the pick up area. I rushed to find it online but felt pressured.The service was fast, polite and efficient once I knew what I wanted.Would definitely go there again. I had a BLT wrap with mayo and mustard. Great coffee (I got an iced caramel latte - so good, perfect flavor. Husband got a plain black coffee and it was also delicious). Great service (they remember your order without writing anything down). We also got some wraps for later (chicken Mac nut) and they were fantastic!!! We would return here if we had more time! So good!
We came here every morning during our time on the big island since it was so easy to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and a coffee and get on our way! The breakfast sandwiches are amazing (get cream cheese on yours) and the iced coffee was great. The drive-thru line looks intimidating but the women working here are the most efficient people I have ever seen. A must for any breakfast sandwich lover.
Literally best of everything in town, best fresh fruit smoothies, best bagel sandwiches, best coffee. This place is our go-to before leaving town for a hike, a swim, or a road trip with our toddler. Staff are always friendly as well ?
