Food was decent as it always is but 50 minutes in the drive thru! Yes 50! I could have made the food myself 5 times. Didn't expect to be stuck in the line that long and not even a "sorry for the wait" or anything. In fact they didn't even say a word to us. Handed us the food and we were out of there. Don't know if I'd use the drive thru again.
40 minutes in drive thru, waiting for the app order. If I order pick up, app says to let them know when to cook my food. They always seem to wait until I get inside to start it. One time the drive thru was wonky and I couldn't get in, so parked and went inside, food was ready! Asap. They seem to give drive thru priority. Even though It moves SLOW. Wondering if they were quick inside, maybe more people would opt to go inside instead

Very long wait in drive through. 10 plus cars and not even moving. Maybe if the employees smoking in the parking lot in the white muscle car would help it might go faster? Have even seen them block the drive through with cones before so they wouldn't have to work. I know people have to take a break. Staff accordingly. . . I will update with the time it takes...update. only 8 cars ahead of me, 4 behind. 1 hour to get my food. Ordered a salad and 2 tacos. Got home and found out they did not give me the tacos. They read the order back to me twice. The person was very polite and apologetic. In fact I was going to delete my post he was so nice. But no tacos. Insult to injury. Really guys.
Love quick bite for lunch at every time I drive by. Onion rings is my favorite ? with my combination of sandwich!
Hot, made to oder fast food. Good menu choices. I always order chicken fajita pita, delicious and lower in calories than most menu choices
It's a Jack in the Box, fast service inside but no indoor dining still.
Jumbo Jacks are the best!. Staff is terrific. Onion rings are made with panko bread crumbs!
Food good, service very lackluster, restaurant poorly maintained, no restroom facilities for customers is 100% not acceptable.
