Good food large portions and enjoy the local atmosphere

We were heading back to Kona via Hilo after leaving the volcanoes national monument and decided to get some really good food. They did not disappoint. On top of that the coconut cream pie was divine. I would highly recommend this place for everybody to go see and of course eat at.

a little hard to find, but had a good lunch. Kalua pork with cabbage and kalua nachos were very tasty.

Great local restaurant! The food is delicious and portions are overwhelmingly generous!

We really enjoyed the food and the service! Portion are large and a great value for the money and local taste! Will come back soon?

Come hungry and plan to take food home! Truly authentic and BIG portions but most importantly delicious! You will not be dissatisfied as every dish we had was amazing. This will become a legend of favorites for us and we will be back again to sample a different selection of yummy choices. Mahalo!!

Love this spot! As soon as you walk in , you are greeted with a smile and an "Aloha!" welcome.THE SERVICE:The host/manager (Jeffrey) is very prompt about greeting you and also seating you.I was able to witness this over and over as it got busier and busier throughout the breakfast 'rush hour'.Service was very consistent for all the workers there. You can tell they run a tight ship! I was very impressed at the 5 star excellent service I received. As soon as I sat down I was greeted by another service/hostess/waitress who took my drink order within like 30 seconds of me sitting down.My Waitress (Heather) was very attentive, friendly and on top of it.THE FOOD:There were so many delicious looking options on the menu , but I opted for the Omelette. It came with my choice of hash brown or rice, and pancake or waffle. (I ordered hash brown and waffle - SO ONO!!!!!) I would fly back to Hilo just to eat this same thing. The homemade whipped butter was to die for. It went beautifully with the soft but just crispy enough waffleTHE PARKING:Lots of parking available in the parking lot next to restaurant. It's a one way so you can loop around to find more Parking.

we had an amazing breakfast. very generous portions. vegetarian friendly with sweet bread french toast. staff is very hospitable. highly recommend the loco moco and the waffles are to die for! yum!!

Amazing breakfast, highly recommend!

Inside and outside seating. It was very busy and outside seating was all taken. Booths inside, separated with plexiglass partitions. Large menu and hard to decide- everything sounded so good. The Hawaiian Plates come with 2 meats, two scoops of rice and one scoop of Mac salad for around $15. Our meals were fresh and delicious. We had enough leftovers for another meal. Will definitely return!
