Food exceeded our expectations. It was delicious and definitely some of the best ramen/Udon we have tried. The curry was a total surprise and excellent. This place is absolutely worth a try.
This place has amazing Japanese style curry. The plates are very lage portions but match with the price of a plate around $15 each. I feel like you won't leave hungry which isn't a bad thing. I couldn't finish my plate. The plate is bigger than my head and the picture just doesn't do it enough justice. I felt really good after eating here. It's definitely a very small dining area, I think they would do much better at a larger establishment. With 5 parties the whole restaurant might be completely full.
I've been here 4 times, first time i felt rushed eating, 2nd and 3rd time Rude service, waitress needs to reevaluate her choice of occupation, I've worked food service all my life, customer service is a must, people come in to spend there hard earned money and want to be treated with respect, i was only nice to her and she is just is one unhappy waitress, i almost walked out but we stayed i think they sensed it because someone else came to help us, curry was great Ramen was great, service bad! Last time I'm eating there !! Treat people how you want to be treated!My husband enjoyed your ramen i enjoyed your curry, you need to get rid of your waitress
Awesome food. A little on the light side on volume but full of taste just fills the soul. Great eat, especially if you like curry on your fiod.
Memorable flavors made for a fabulous late dinner after viewing Kilauea. Miso Ramen and Tonkatsu Udon were rich and flavorful broths with noodles that were tender without being mushy, and service was terrific despite our arrival half an hour before closing. We'll be back for more before heading back to the mainland.
This has been the most rude restaurant I have been to. The person behind the counter is insensitive and extremely rude. She asked us to wait outside the restaurant to pickup a Togo order while it was raining and cold outside. Wouldn’t care to get the details right on the order and blame the customer for incorrect order. Too bad customer service for a place with great food!
worst experience ever… we came in around 8:55pm, and they told us it is take out only even it shows it close at 9:30pm. Also the food is very salty and it is not Ramen, but taste like Chinese 非常咸的云吞面. The meat is also salty and hard to chew.. please stay away if you can
Chicken Katsu was not fully cooked and was denied when asked to recook it.
I love this place, it is my go-to restaurant before going to a movie at the mall next door.The Special Combo is the right size bowl of ramen for me, Spicy Tonkotsu. I recommend the 4 piece Gyozo.
It’s not a wonder why they have so many locations gas service wheelchair acceptable. Perfectly portioned and priced. Comes out piping hot! Place for the whole family and something for everyone.
