Cafe Boba is such a lovely shop filled with the kindest workers. Their menu is huuuuge, so I recommend taking some time to look through it or go with their top selling drinks if you want to get in and get out. They have a seating area inside with AC everyday and have online ordering as well as ordering over the phone. Check them out and try the different popping boba add ons. My favorite is mango popping boba. ? They also have food, so come hungry and thirsty!

This is what you get for $7 for a drink. This is what they consider a “large”.If you ask for no ice, they don’t even fill to the line. I won’t be coming back, what a ridiculous waste of $7. You just lost my business over ice, because they’re so cheap they can’t even fill your cup…. $7 is a lot for a tea drink regardless of ice/no ice. So for the loss of maybe $.30 of product you just lost my continued business forever. Not worth the expense.UPDATE: I changed this review from a one star to a five for customer service. I was contacted by the owner/manager (very unexpected) and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Which, to be honest this has happened before a few times and when I said something to the employees they would just apologize saying nothing can be done. This person, was friendly and attentive and for that they deserve a five star for service.
I love this place! BUT DAYUM DO YOU KNOW HILO'S ROADS! PLEASE PUT SOME KIND OF COVER ON YOUR REGULAR COFFEE CUPS! Got home and my coffee was everywhere but in the cup. I know you guys try hard and seal all the Boba drinks. BUT please seal the regular coffee cups with the slots. Maybe a stir stick thingy like Starbucks or a sticker.

Great little hole in the wall boba shack. This place has all the customizations from tapioca, to an assortment of milk tea flavors, smoothie, shaved ice, and iced coffee. And hot foods too!Speed of service is reasonable for a 2 person team ive seen so far between 5-15 mins, depending how much drinks are ordered between customers. They also have a rewards system so if you like to try many different things here, this is your place!
First time I ever tried Taro Milk Tea while I was in Hawaii, and I can definitively say, these guys won't disappoint you in the slightest?!!!!

Cute little quick eat spot. Service is good and quick. Reasonable prices on most menu items. Popular with young people. Would come here any day over typical fast food places. Boba tea selection is fantastic!!
