Food was delicious. It was busy had a minor wait. Seemed they are a little understaffed but once we sat down they got the order and food out pretty fast.
Fantastic food, great favour, great for the vegetarian in the family as many of the menu options can be vegetarian. Great big serves. Would highly recommend to anyone on the North shore. Service is also very friendly
We were visiting the north shore and called in to Uncle Bo's by chance and boy were we glad we did! There were four of use and we couldn't decide on what to eat from the excellent menu so we decided to get five different meals and share (we were hungry). Everybody loved all the food and would have been happy with any of the meals on there own which is unusual for us with two picky teenagers. The staff were all amazing too so I would definitely recommend you drop in if you are hungry.
6 of us retired women ranging in ages from 63 to 76 chose to utilize the City Bus to save on gas and make it safe so that we all could drink alcoholic beverages at Happy Hour prices and eat appetizers and at the same time celebrate a birthday. The food, service, ambiance was great. No complaints. Fast service too.
We heard about this restaurant from a local who happens to work at another restaurant nearby and highly recommended Uncle Bo’s. We weren’t disappointed! The steak and fish were absolutely amazing, the mashed potato was the best ever and our server, Wilfred was incredibly helpful and lovely. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Oahu, this will definitely be our first port of call!
Stopped by Uncle Bo’s after a long day on north shore. Small place inside but they were able to seat us. We got the garlic cheese bread with prime rib strips and chicken wings. Both were good. Pizza was okay. Had better before.
Uncle Bo’s is the HIDDEN GEM of NORTHSHORE! Wow. If I said this was the second best place to eat, no other in north shore would claim first!Top 3 Calamari I’ve EVER had, the sweet chili sauce comes in a BOWL it’s a BOWL of sauce that hits the tastebuds just right. SWEET & SALTY.Nachos were special due to the WONTON CHIPS, honestly on another level and they give you enough to feed two hungry hungry humans. Could have just gotten this dish and been satisfied in belly and mouth.Hobos (AKA heavenly Taro beignets). Cold ice cream, condensed milk, fluffy taro powdered beignets to soke up all of that good good! If you enjoy sweets this is an absolute must, unique and delightful. Doesn’t get much better than this.Also our server Kanoa had the biggest energy, creating such a magical experience!!Then if it wasn’t enough Jen came by to chat up our table and blessed us with a free dessert on our next visit :)))! Arrived from the beach in time for Happy Hour and Uncle Bo's did not disappoint! Quick to be sat and quick greetings by the staff. We had been at the beach all day so it was nice to be sat outside so we could still enjoy the weather. We wanted to eat light so we started out ordering from the Happy Hour menu, two Pork sliders and one Shaken chicken. We also ordered beers and they served them quickly along with complimentary Salt and Vinegar Pork Rinds which were delicious. The sliders and the shaken chicken showed up quickly and were both out of this world. They were so good that we devoured them and asked for a second round. The staff checked on us periodically and even came by the table to announce that Happy Hour was about to end and they wanted to make sure if we had more to order we would make it in time. The staff was friendly, the food was great and the service was fast and efficient....what more could you ask for!!!!
Stopped by for some appetizers during happy hour. The Kalua pork sliders were so amazing I didn't want to share them! The garlic shrimp was good but would have been better if there was more sauce on the plate. Overall the place had a nice vibe and the service was good.
