We didn't have any issues with the parking as our fellow customers did. Hopefully that's been worked out.The place was clean enough, food tasted like normal McDonald's, and drinks were cold.Stars lost with bathrooms. They have one bathroom and lines were so long they reached the counter.
Got towed after stopping by to buy a drink.There was a guy watching you go in and they'll tow you if you look like an easy target. What's a tourist going to do? Argue with a guy who doesn't care and has your rental car with your belongings in it?
DO NOT go to this Mcdonlads they will tow your car in a heart beat. This is the dodgiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. Wouldn’t be surprised if the staff/owner of the McDonalds was in on the towing scam.
Bad and rude service. Food was ok, had better at other McDonald. Do not park here, saw a car about to get towed, lucky owner arrived back on time.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!The sign says "parking only while dining in". There's no dining in so we sat outside. We were paying customers, trying to follow the rules and no one asked if the car was ours, came out and came back to no car. The system is clearly a scam, Mc.Donalds manager was rude and the guy on the phone cursed me out, so ridiculous and unprofessional. Nobody said we needed cash and the place looks super sketchy with car parts all over. I'll definitely be submitting a complaint.
Park at your own risk. Went in to McDonald to get foods, girlfriend went across to pick up shrimp. I walked over to give her cash then came back to get the car. Towed, policy is once you leave the premises. They can tow you, police is aware of it and they can’t do anything about it. There is a “watcher” in McDonald uniform monitoring the lot with an iPad. McDonald is working with the towing company, even hand me a paper slip to get in touch with towing company. $190 fee and $25 Lyft.
The food is good, serves is OK but they always get my order wrong or forget a burger or fries or hash brown.On the rare occasion that they do get your order right, just look up and say thank you lord. Lol
Literally made one guy buy some food first before allowing to use bathroom. Then saw an angry couple outside because their car was towed from the lot. Place was not opened for dine-in, but the fire exit was blocked. Not sure I want to come here again.
The good reviews on this place are a bunch of lies and very fake! They are associated with a towing company that has gotten its customers towed while eating there or in the restroom for 3 minutes. A scam of the place that took my vehicle away even though my husband and our friend went inside to order food before the pandemic. Letting all of our military service members and visitors to Oahu know that they should avoid this place like the plague it is!
Hands down the most exceptional McDonalds on the planet! Drive thru is fast funny and friendly!!
