A great little food truck with good pizza. Definitely worth picking up if they are open when you go by.
In.cred.ible. We’ve been the last 3 Thursday’s in a row. ? the pizza is huge and fresh. The hours are weird (Thursday and Friday from like 2-7pm I think) but it’s SO worth it!!We’ve tried the white pizza with spinach and garlic, the pepperoni, and the impossible Hawaiian. I can’t name a favorite!Service is about as quick as you can expect from a food truck making you fresh pizza, and the owner is very kind and patient!

Impossibles is everything I want in a pizza joint. Quick service, good vibes, reasonable price and most of all, GREAT PIZZA… someof the best I’ve had in a while.The place appears to be run by one guy, I sat and watched him doing the work of 3 with a smile on his face. “Impossible” I said to myself. Perhaps the reason for the name?? This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars.
Incredible pizza! He was great to deal with and after a day in the sun we stopped by for a couple pizzas.They are large and tasty! You won’t feel disappointed.

this is THE most delicious pizza!!! I wish I had some right now!!! call them - order your pizza - find the truck! it's SO worth it!
