A good place to go for family Bonding. Cheap and food and shave ice is really good.
What an awesome and fun little place to get away! Shaded, great twists on the game with the little spinning wheel option to mix up the game, awesome looking menu with all kinds of delicious bites… kind employees and what a fun course! There is no doubt that we will absolutely be back, maybe for a date night without the kids!!
A little bit out of the way if you’re staying in Waikiki but well worth a visit. Prices are quite low and reasonable for an 18 hole round of mini golf. Lots of greenery to mimic the topics but also means there are some mosquitoes. Course is definitely an older one and the course texture has not been refurbished in quite some time however. Took about 1.5 hours for the 18 hole round of golf with 3 people.
This is a nice hidden gem of a mini-golf course. The artificial forest is the perfect touch for a mini golf course in Hawaii. The artificial volcano is quite interesting as well. The spinning wheel adds excitement to the game as me and my dad landed on different things throughout the course. We saw 3 frogs throughout the entire course. Lastly, it is very lively at night when we played it. I imagine daytime is vastly different as at night there is a lot of sloped hills we couldn't see as a result of the vegetation casting shadows over the course. My only complaint is some occasional rips on the back half of the course but if you fix that the course is nearly perfect.
A great family experience! Military/kamaaina rate available. 18 holes took us about an hour for 2 people. Plenty of fun and most holes are very well maintained. The Tx style BBQ was amazing and I wish I could've eaten more. Highly recommend you come out for a great time!
Miniature golfing is fun. Tropics seriously needs some work to the place. It is very drab and a little paint would be helpful. You must search for the holes whereas a bit of paint around the holes would be useful. The place, in general, needs quite a bit of sprucing up, which could be done easily and without much cost. All this would have made my group of golfers have a more enjoyable time.
Our family had a great time playing mini golf today! The course was uneven and the “rock” obstacles are hard to plan accurate shots from, so it was a pretty even game despite the age differences. It’s a little run down and could use a face lift but overall we really enjoyed spending the afternoon here. The course is very shaded but there wasn’t much of a breeze coming through and the kids got a little sweaty so we cooled off with some yummy shave ice afterwards, which was delicious! There was also a mama hen and her baby chicks running around in front of us, which was a great source of enjoyment for us all. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon!
BEST BBQ brisket on the island. Mini golfed in their rain forest golf course, which was way cool on a sunny day then grabbed lunch after. The owner bbq's his meats right there. Homemade Mac salad too! Go grab lunch there...you won't regret it.
We had a blast, the price is affordable, the workers are awesome, the shave ice is amazing, and the smoked belly pork and brisket with Lilikoi BBQ sauce is scrumptious ❤️ The course is a bit worn at a few holes but to be expected for an outdoor course, definitely will go again!
Awesome little tucked away spot. The course was really fun and the atmosphere was excellent. Food was great and staff was super friendly and helpful. Will be back!
