best ramen ever. You wont regret it.
NEVER GOING BACK!! They never brought my change back. I waited for half an hour after they took my money to pay the bill and they never brought it back!! I gave them $42.09 on a $37.59 bill and was expecting $5.50 returned to me (because I need quarters for laundry) and they just never brought it!!! I was going to give them a big tip but I guess if you pay in cash they just keep the change as the tip. otherwise the portions were big and the tempura brussel sprouts were AMAZING. I felt that the ramen would have been extremely bland if I hadn't added the fresh garlic to it, but the egg was the best part of the ramen. if it wasn't for them stealing my money I would go back regularly
Tanaka spicy ramen was delicious, they have different levels of spice levels, recommend starting off at level one and working up. Good flavor, friendly staff, highly recommended.
The food was okay, but the service was not coordinated well. We got our extra noodles at the very beginning and our actual bowl of ramen came way after.(Our server kindly changed it to a fresh patch of noodles later on) Lowkey, their karaage was bomb which I unfortunately forgot to take picture before we demolished them. I was most bummed about their egg since it was more on the hard boil side and it tasted a little funkier than other “aji-tama” i’ve tried.
Great tasting, even has different levels of spiciness. Great side dishes too. My whole family enjoys eating here.

Food was delicious, lots of choices.
Good place even for last minute decisions on lunch and dinner. He have various ramen choices but not so overwhelming. Staff are friendly and ensure Temperatures are taken prior to entry. We love the Tanaka Ramen and Spicy Miso Ramen.
Pearl Ridge Tanaka Ramen is kinda new to Aiea,HI but the taste isn't something new at all. It's just like the one in Japan.
This place has been open for a little while in the mall and I finally decided to try it one day. Never been a big fan of typical ramen and they wasn't anything special to change my mind. It wasn't bad, but just wasn't anything special. If anything, I though they were over priced and the portion undersized. All ramen shops claim some special broth, noodles or preparation of sorts. Not sure what theirs's was, but couldn't tell at all. I did order the Spicy Tanaka and it was actually had a good spiciness to it that got me sweating. However, the size was like a kids portion to me. I didn't expect some gigantic serving, but not that small and especially for the price. There must be something very good there that I missed, because the place was packed and people lining up to get in. Just not sure what the real attraction is.
