Food was fresh, fast and good. Clean establishment bringing Korean cuisine to the island. The seating process is keen in which the staff manages the flow of customers. This is a great process to eliminate chaos and allowing the servers to care for each table.
Their hours say they close at 11:00pm, but they stop taking waitlists at 9:00pm. That’s ridiculous. If this is the case then they should change their hours to say that they close at 9:00pm. Save everyone the trouble of having to drive out there.
All you can eat Korean BBQ to cook at your table. Great selection.Only thing was they are trying to go modern with their menu and sign in with QR codes. This state is not quite ready for this jump but hey, u gotta start somewhere.
My family and friends have eaten here several times already, and I prefer this place more than GEN's at Pearlridge. I went again on 3/19/22 around 5pm, and I was pleasantly surprised how attentive their staff are even during dinner time. We never had to ask for a grill change-- they noticed and changed it. Our 3 waiters brought our meat about 3 minutes after ordering, and they came by (what felt like) every 4 minutes to ask if we needed anything. I recommend coming in around 5pm (beginning of dinner rush) to secure a spot and get quick service.
It is intended for the big eater. Cost versus items are not as expected. If you are a vegetarian you are not gonna appreciate the options, however, meat eater and choices for that are great.
DONT EAT HERE! The only attentive server was the grill changer. To the point where he changed our grill 3 times while we were waiting for our food to come out(we did not use the grill within that time frame). The owner lifted up our grill to check the water level without even saying a word to us such as excuse me, but just reached over us, checks the grill then walked away. He even went as far as to scold his staff in front of the whole restaurant. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom. There was graffiti on the door and the toilet paper holder was a rubber band. Also, just fyi. There was a sign that said a 20% gratuity WILL be charged for parties of 5 or more. The service and experience is honestly not even worth that much.
The servers were great except for this one girl (couldn’t get her name) who had green hair. She had a bad attitude and would avoid our table when we wanted to place another order. She can’t multi task and seems like she hates her job.
All you can eat. Vest make the money worth experience. All Great meat choices. Try beef tongue it will surprise you

They had a wait list of over one hour. You have to have a reservation and the wait list is over one hour. They don't have any one out side or letting people know that there's a wait list over an hour or more. When I side and no one at the cashier. Waited for some one to come. Found out there's a one hour plus wait.
