Portion sizes were large and the prices were reasonable, but the taste/flavor of the ramen broth was lacking. If the owners can improve the broth, then I'll be back. Otherwise, there are two much better options a mile away at the Pearlridge mall.

Can't speak to the ramen but the tofu dish had lots of meat in the gravy
My ramen had no flavor. My wife's ramen came out super salty. The gyoza had a good texture but there was no flavor to that either. Every bite and sip was either flavorless or salty. Even worse the aftertaste was terrible. My cup was metal and had chips and rust on as well as multiple thing floating in it. I would not reccommend this place at all.
Very fast dinning experience.The noddles has a great chew to them and the broth is both rich and lite at the same time.

Servers were very almost unsettlingly polite, they made sure we were satisfied, asked if we needed anything and were overall very helpful to my experience. The food wasn't scorching hot but it wasnt cold or lukewarm, just comfortably warm enough to sip, or slurp if you will, and was very rich and flavorful. The noodles were chewy and could melt in my mouth with all the absorbed umami in them. Food was adequately portioned, leaving me full but not nauseatingly so. The general ambiance of the establishment was very peaceful/calm, with employee converstion in the back just barely audible. I am actually suprised that the place was very empty, however there were at least 7 to 14 people coming in to pick up or order takeout dinner within the time frame we were there. Overall very satisfied. Not long after leaving i wanted to come back to have additional food.
