Food selection and prices are excellent. As a solo diner, my one complaint, if it's even fair to make one about this well-run place, is the service. From the moment I sat down, I felt bombarded by overkill attention to the point I never had one minute to relax. Some patrons, however, may look forward to servers whizzing by every 10 seconds to accommodate you or the table next to you.
Ricados is a staple of pearl city for Italian foods. They have generous portions. Amazing wait staff and delicious food. If only I had a second stomach I'd be able to finish it all...... Their marsala sauce and house specials are to die for. 10/10 recommend. Also the bread is hot, light, not overly salty which leaves room for you to taste the rest of the flavors of the food.
First time eating here and it was amazing ! The bread was fresh and so good which started off the dinner and the food was amazing ! What topped off the best experience here was our server Colette ( I’m hoping I’m spelling it correct ) . She was truly amazing and very attentive to us ! Im from out of town but if I was local I would definitely come back !
Husband wanted Italian; this was the closest in the vicinity. Wow! Food is good! Ambience makes u feel like it's night time even tho sun wanna still out (we came in before 530pm and left with the sun still up and I thought it was 7pm already lol). Servers/staff are attentive and quick! Thanks much for the amazing service!
Great food. Great service. The calimari was nothing like I'd ever had. Not sure I would order it again. I like thin and crispy. Loved the option for veggies instead of pasta. Eggplant parmesan and chicken parmesan were delicious. Loved the bread. Nice atmosphere.
Brandon is an attentive, polite waiter that doted on us just right. Food was excellent. I discourage people from going here so there isn’t a line at this hidden gem in Pearl Kai. Seriously, highly recommend it for families & couples of all ages.
There was a small wait time (15 minutes) when we got there. This restaurant is very cozy. The employees are very professional and friendly. The service and food were outstanding. There were 4 of us I had the Penne, my daughters had the chicken Alfredo and Linguine with meatballs and lastly, my husband had veal marsala. I couldn't finish all of mines and needed a take out box.
This food was so good. We ordered three different dishes so we could basically create a sampler platter. We overly enjoyed every bit of it. If you are in the area try this place you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely stop by again if in the area. Have an amazing day, and feed someone along the way! #aGODthang ?
Nice reasonably priced Italian restaurant. Great service. Recommend the Chicken Marsala.
When I say this food is good, I MEAN IT. More than worth the price, the meals here are large, hearty, and rich. I can personally vouch for the lasanga, which was so Italian it serenaded me at the table. Absolutely delicious. And the staff? Attentive, friendly, and so quick I thought my server teleported.
