Ordered delivery from this place because of the ratings. My pho had hair in it, there was no vegetables that go with the pho. No sauces. Summer rolls were hard, not fresh. $40 for one beef pho & 1 order of summer roll & had to throw it in the trash. Do not recommend this place for pho. My go to is Cuu Long Pho in Aiea, unfortunately they don’t deliver so i thought i’d give this place a try. I usually don’t leave 1 star reviews, I would have liked to known what I was getting before I ordered and wasted my money. The hair in my food was really gross and dissappointing after waiting all day to have a meal.
Good quality pho and taste good too. Not overly priced and they give you adequate side toppings. They also offer 5% military discount.
The pho was good…but everything else was meh. The fried rice was inedible. Great service tho.
Kitchen was a little slow. Nice that oyakudon came with a side of broth. My pho had a lot of meat in it and the broth was very tasty.

Pho Time only having 65 reviews should be a crime, because it's a top tier restaurant. Our food and appetizer were on the table in under 6 minutes. The price for two bowls and the app was under $40. And the taste was out of this world. My wife got a bowl of curry and not only was it still hot when I took a bite after 5 minutes, the flavor profile was so complex. If you're in the area, you have to stop in at Pho Time.
My friend and I are basically regulars at this place now, this is our go-to for pho, and the other items on their menu are delicious as well. Love this place, and I'd recommend it to anyone who like Vietnamese food ??
Good pho. The fried potstickers are amazing and the pho broth is flavorful. Good quality and I would come here again. Small dining area but that's fine. Water was cold and delicious and filled often. Definitely recommend for a good quality pho.
