First time to eat here if I can give -0 star I give. I am disappointed when I open my plate and there’s is a cockroach in my plate.

Not like other Korean food places. Food had no taste, more egg batter than there was meat. Also ordered side Mandoo which cashiers insisted was in the plate, and it was not. Will not eat here again

Love that they offer broccoli and tofu! Many other places I've gone to lately don't have those options anymore.
Have you ever been to a Korean BBQ all you can eat restaurant and they only have: • 4 sides, • no seafood • take their time to serve you • 15 minutes each time • give you one piece of short ribs • and there’s 5 of us at the table • about a cup of spicy pork • one or two pieces of pork belly • 4 chunk pieces of spicy chicken • you’re only allowed to order 4 items at a time. There was 8 of us so we were willing to pay - I’ve never been to a Korean BBQ that had service like that…. A doctor I worked with said don’t go there but family highly recommended it - we won’t go back. Really disappointed that we dropped almost $400 and received service like that!

Gen's Pearlridge is usually so awesome but this last time was disappointing. The plates were dirty, they took a long time to fill our waters, we had to request for rice and sauces a couple of times before we got it. They were friendly but not attentive. We were patient. The place was not too busy. Not sure what changed but willing to give them another try based on past positive experiences.
Good prices, fast service and checkout lady is very nice. Food is very fresh and the sides are very good. No complaints. Also I highly recommend the garlic chicken.
