Guy had a attitude and when I asked for a refund because they didn't have the pot pies that I paid for online they said they couldn't refund my money even though I didn't want anything else?♀️ then they forgot to put my fries that I ordered with the bucket meal which i should've checked but they said it was all in there and my gravy spilled all over in the bag because they were rushing and lid wasn't put on right. Never again going to this location.
Drive thru person has bad attitude. He started to talk really loud. That's not right. Not a good customer service. Customer is all ways right. That person should go to customer service classes.
Chicken not as tasty as it use to be before. French fries were overcooked and hard. Threw away most of it. Cole slaw tasted like medicine. They lost the great taste of their food.
Unfortunately the microphone in the drive thru didn’t work but when I got up to the front, Kaycee greeted me and apologized but was very kind and nice and had a pleasant tone and persona about her. She offered me a drink while we waited for fried to finish cooking as well. Very nice people here and wonder

Staff was cool, food not so much.. Wings are chicken with sauce on top. Mac and cheese is macaroni with velveta on top. Chicken still same and good.

No matter which KFC you go to they're still number 1 in my books. The only thing is the prices got to high that's it's hard to get a family meal or even a 3 piece box meal. That's how high the prices are now.
I order french fries guy 2x i was telling this guy name ryan and he ignore me he had bad attitude towards customer....
