This is my favorite restaurant. I come here at least once a week with my wife. The staff is extremely friendly especially Kyle whenever I eat dinner I always ask for Kyle to be my server even if I have to wait a little longer. He is so kind and friendly to everyone.
Had a great time, won some free chopsticks and had great food. We ordered some miso that never came, and servers never brought any after we asked them but still a good experience.
Some of the sushi was ono, e.g., the deep fried spicy roll, string bean tempura, tamago, even the stuffed mushrooms were enjoyable. Be careful when ordering the nigiri ahi and nigiri garlic ahi, the ahi seemed to be going bad. I mentioned this to the cashier when checking out, since she asked how was everything. She just replied, “oh”. The young ladies dressed in black, managers maybe? could have done a better job in greeting guests with some amount of courtesy. For me customer service etiquette was lacking here, that’s why the three stars…
Fun!! My son really loves this place!! He loves the fish eggs. It's nice because there are choices for non-sushi eaters too!! Pay attention to how many plates you get, because it can add up quick if you are not paying attention. Very nice staff. Made me miss living in Japan
An hour before closing needed a quick bite. Food and sushi was fresh and delicious. We ate Salmon Karaage, Rainbow roll, Dragon roll and miso soup. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Easy to order with the tablet at the tables. Love this place.

Went in there for a quick bite cause we had an appointment. We ordered and we received our food right away. The servers were helpful and friendly.
Love this place for it's food. Ordered different items on the menu, it was all flavorful. Not bland like some standard sushi places. Like the conveyor delivering food, helps streamline the food to your table. Would definitely go back again if ever on Oahu again.
Usually pretty good, but last night, very average. Rice falls apart, spicy tuna was small and was a bit old, not made to order. Disappointing, but usually better than this. Fast food sushi at its finest.
Genki sushi, I would have to say is one of my most treasured places full of memories because my parents love to eat here, especially my father, as rough of a relationship we have, when it comes to going out to eat, this place is where we put it all aside and actually get along as a family.I've even had fun memories with friends and with people of my past as this was the place to come and eat and enjoy ourselves.To me...genki sushi is a place of magic where no matter what has occurred, all of it instantly goes away once you step in, sit down, and begin to order and eat.One of the few places where Aloha...really shows. And am still...creating new memories for every time I come here. Looking forward to what other memories this place will bring me.Note: even famous celebrities admit that they like coming here.
