Very poor service and there were only 3 people in the building. Music was too loud you could barely hold a conversation. My beans came out cold and my granddaughters food came out 15 minutes before the rest of the families.I love chili's but this was the worst food and service I have ever received from Chili's.

Stop here to eat dinner after I landed in Honolulu. The Bacon Burger with garlic sauce on it was so good was my Long Island iced tea.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered pick-up via phone and when I arrived to the restaurant I waited almost 10 minutes before someone would even take the payment. Asked for extra sauce and wasn’t included with the order. I paid for a 32 oz. drink and received a 16 oz. By the way pick-up orders are located on a rack next to the restrooms. Gross! I will not be back and do not recommend!

The service here is great and very attentive! I love the unlimited chips with queso. I am huge fan of their country fried steaks and I love that they let you sub the sides.
We ordered takeout last night hungry and Chili's is one of our spots. So dissapointing didn't even get fixings on the side. My husband had to reheat. Shown in picture is nothing like we got...so mushy and tasteless. $80 order and this is what we got
My wife and I came here to eat and the food was good, like always. Our server, Remi, was absolutely the best. He was quick to the table. Got our drinks and order correct. Brought our food out right away, so it was still hot while we ate. He even asked us if our food was cooked to the way we like. Outstanding service!!!
Had a wonderful experience at this chilis. The food was great and the drinks were tall. Our bartender seemed a little short staffed though. Hopefully she's not running around like that all the time.
