We were quite happy with our meal. You get a huge bowl so be prepared to eat well. Lots of selections and good service, bit pricy for 4 of us was 110.
Cafe setting. Select your vegetables, select your meats, then take your basket to the counter and choose broth, noodle and heat level. The first 0.5 lb is included, then the price can add up quickly. Shave ice dessert is provided after the meal.
Definitely a must if you like or love soup. First time in and my wife and I were not disappointed. Word of caution though, the more you add to your basket the more you have to eat and the more it cost your wallet. Other than being full as hell after eating here, I would 100% recommend this mom and pop establishment and will be back.
This place is very delicious. You get to choose your choice of meats or sea food. Pick your own veggies and other toppings. Soups are good. I suggest the spicy soup. The noodles choice is a good variety. I suggest the Ramen noodles. You do pay by weight so keep that in mind. And I just got free shave ice. Good service!!!
Just okay. Lots of fish choices and broths. If that's your thing, this might be your dream. It was a fun experience but not a place we would return to. Hardly any beef broths and limited pork ingredients. Lots of fish and veggies though. Service was good and I have never eaten hotter (temp) food. The ingredients don't really pick up the broth flavor in the short time they are in the mix. They gave us a complimentary shave ice dessert...somewhat edible.
The weight of your selection of ingredients will determine the price of your hotpot bowl. Enjoyed the oxtail, beef tendon, vegetables and more! Plus kids as well as adults will enjoy the FREE flavored shaved ice!

Cool concept. You fetch the ingredients from a fridge and they weigh it and put em in your ramen. You choose the type of broth and noodle you want. There's no difference in prices when it comes to veggie or meat so you pay the same price if they weigh the same. The bowls are huge and they give plenty noodles. They have different curry and sides also, bit overpriced for the portion but overall good experience. Free shave ice dessert with your ramen!
Love this Ramen joint, you all,, so need to get out there and have a try. Broths are so ono, and their Shave Ice with Coffee Tofu is a slice of heaven. I am surely to return! ?
