They were open for over an hour but not everything was on the shelf yet. But the pastries are so soft and tasty. The custard in the apple one was so good.
FYI, this is located inside of a mall, very small and were virtually sold out of 70% of their offerings. THEY DO NOT HAVE CAKES OR PIES.
Poor service and feel uncomfortable. All employees were only talking a lot each other without any welcoming and did not pay attention to customer.

Not much selection like the Alamoana location. Definitely needs more options for beverages.

Last time I came here there's a guy attendant who was very friendly n answered my questions with his knowledge I had such a great experience. Top of that he gave me a reusable bag because I purchased more than $40. This morning, whoever this female worker was... not having it at all. I asked questions she sounded very annoyed by my questions ?and no please no thanks at all either after I purchased. I even gave her cash tip, nothing! What a difference with this worker. Oh well at least these baked goods are all excellent ?
One of the 2 front employees is rude and does not provide basic customer service.Good raisin bread, however mochi bread is good but expensive.
