Not sure why a lot of these reviews are 5 star...I'll give them this: great customer service. The staff is friendly and I can see why it would be hard to rate them lower than a 4. The food though is just not good at all this: the fries soggy; the chicken wraps too saucy, wet, chicken not crispy, and lettuce is limp; and the chicken sandwich is too saucy, wet, chicken was barely crispy and half of my bites consisted of sauce and bread... I know I'm being harsh but it's nothing personal. The food is simply underwhelming and won't be coming back because of that.
To be fair, they probably sell mostly nuggets and tenders, and hate folks like me who order bone-in wings that take twice as long to cook. But, they cooked them, and I ate them, and they were... fine. Good enough that I didn't even use the sauces, which instead I used to dip my fries. I was impressed with the range of sides and will try the rest of them. I didn't expect the creamy street corn to be cold, but they were a nice complement to the spicy. They also gave everyone two cups for their fountain drinks, which was smart, as the paper was a little thin.
Wish I could remember the names of the guys who served me so I can give him credit. Got the bomb chicken wrap and it was great. I got some chicken tenders that were originally for my spoiled dog but after I tasted them she barely got any. Staff was awesome and cool. Should have more locations.
Location is in the food court of pearl ridge mall. let me say the bombs sauce is divine. Getting the combo, it will flavor you're chicken and fries to bring out a little spice you didn't know that was There.
Not sure why some of these reviews are so different than my experiences. Been coming here for bout 4 months, tried almost all their wraps.. been great every time. Holy wrap, chicken poke bowl and hawaiian wrap are definitely unique fun items. Highly recommend going here at least once. Maybe the quality consistency has improved.My only complaints are the slow/ long wait, and that the prices are a liiittle high for what you get...But...still ono wraps. Will keep comin back but maybe not as often as i could.
This place is delicious! Their chicken tenders are so good. They taste very fresh, perfectly seasoned, and crisp. The pineapple coleslaw was amazing! I normally won't eat coleslaw, but this is a must try. Mac and cheese was awesome too. I'm definitely making this place a regular stop.
Staff are very nice, and this is probably the best chicken I've had yet. Prices are a little high but well worth the cost. No complaints though. Portions are big and fresh.
Just had a bite of my husband's sandwich and I wanted to steal it! I'm definitely going to go back for my own sandwich!
Being a cook myself and not a self proclaimed one, working McDonald's doesn't count as being a cook just a FYI, I can tell that the food that is put out is consistent in quality whether it's the first order of the day or the last. There is no need to compare to any other "chicken" spot due to them being their own identity and being local, so supporting local definitely applies here. My family really enjoy the food and will continue supporting our local businesses.
Unreal the chicken. Really was bomb. I had the onion rings and a waffle bomb. And just yesterday I ordered 2 regular chicken poke bowls. I love the customer service and the chicken is so damn tender. Definitely must try if at pearls.
