Employees are extremely RUDE and LAZY! Will never be spending money on this location again. Couldn’t even have her mask up all the way.

Bigger woman worker wasn't wearing her mask and was very unenthusiastic. other woman was talking on her phone. male in the back was gossiping. pretzel was under seasoned. only gets two stars because it was fast

I meet a friend at Pearlridge once a week. We always buy food for our dinner and take it home.I cannot believe that the last 3 times, I asked fir salt on the little hotdog pretzels and they said there’s no salt! Why? Well they already put it away.The mall closes at 8pm and the first time it was only 7:30pm the second time, it was 740pm and This last tone it was 7:15 pm.The salt is the best and I don’t like eating it without it.These workers don’t care! It’s salt, go get it and do your job!!!Very disappointed.Hopefully the Manager or Owner reads this and takes it seriously. I doubt it.I’ll se what happens tonight.

Is it not unsanitary for the workers not to use gloves while preparing the pretzels or any food here..I mean we watched the person cough in her hand and just continue making the dough , I work in an Elementary school kitchen and we not even allowed to cough in our elbows with out having to wash or hands again and even having to put on a new glove...don’t know about you but I skipped out..I’ll just go zippys where I cannot see them not wearing their gloves lmao..smh..

If ur expecting a nice fluffy soft pretzel this ain’t the place. I got a pretzel that’s been sitting there for a while it was cold and it was burnt, not even soft it was hard to chew, and the service was bad too they didn’t even listen and got my drink wrong.

お店で作ってます。ロコはよく買い食いをしてます。店内に席はありませんが、パールリッジセンター 内は通路に席を置いてあるので、座って食べる事もできます。

The Pretzels here are nothing compared to the pretzels that used to be here. Pretzel maker had amazing pretzels and Auntie Anne's can not compare.
