My son picked up an order from Pearlridge Mall today. When he got home, his sandwich was missing from the sack. It was too far for him to drive back to the mall. He had ordered a double beef and cheese sandwich (the rest of the order was chicken bacon Swiss, a Reuben, and fries). Despite generally good reviews, my son was cheated out of his meal, because whoever filled the order obviously did not double check the order. This is what I will share with your corporate office. Even if your store was busy, it would be a good idea for the counter clerk to repeat the order or show the order to the customer who is taking an order out.M. Min
Clean customer are and they have friendly staff. I don't like the limit of 2 condiment packs (or they charge you for more). How do you eat a big roast beef sandwich with 2 packs of Arby's sauce?
It seems like they're always out of something. Once they ran out of cookies a another time I waited in line for almost all 10 minutes only to find out they were out of roast beef another day. How does Arby's run out of roast beef?!

Definitely not worth the time or money. The wait for your food is ridiculous and of course while your waiting you have some of your drink. If you ask them to top off drink before you go they tell you no refills and use covid as the excuse for being cheap. However if it's thier friends or family they can get refill and covid rules don't apply. Definitly they make up things as they go. Overall bad experience. To many places to choose from then to have to settle for poor service, mediocre food. and long waits.Not worth the time
