This is in reference to the store located at:3030 Eagle DrWoodstock, GA 30189I would have put NO STARS but that's not an option, so unfortunately they're actually getting 1 Star even though they don't deserve that!I had a very disappointing experience today at this location and have already responded via the QR Code on the drive thru window.Here is my official complaint:6/132:17PMI ordered 3 meals (which include a drink), but was told that the only drinks available were a cup of water or tea because their drink machine wasn’t working. While I was frustrated for obvious reasons, I was going home to eat my meal anyway and simply asked for a couple of extra ZAX Sauces. The young teenager taking my order (female) informed me and I quote, “that’s not how that works.” SERIOUSLY?!?!?So I drove up to the window and asked to speak to the Manager. At the point the young lady just smiled, asked for John (the Manager) and turned around to tell her co-workers what was happening. Absolute immaturity and horrible customer service so far! John comes to the window to see what the problem was to which, again, simply asked for some extra ZAX Sauces since I was paying for 3 drinks but were not getting them. Just think that last part through with me—I’m paying for drinks that I’m not getting….So I ask John, the Manager, who has explained to me that there’s a shortage of sugar, blah, blah, blah, and I ask AGAIN—how about just giving us some extra ZAX sauces. He explains that he cannot do that because it’s Zaxby’s policy to charge for their sauces! ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME?What has happened to good ol’ plain common sense?!?!?I then ask John: so how much does a ZAX sauce cost and he says, “$.25.” TWENTY FIVE CENTS! I ask how much does that drink cost that I’m NOT getting, and he says, “about $2.” I then explain to him that Zaxby’s is STILL WINNING because I’ve paid more for drinks that Im getting compared to the cost of sauces. He still refuses to accommodate THE CUSTOMER, to the obvious delight of the employees who are all staring and the young lady who smiling as if she “won!”If THIS is how Zaxby’s trains their Management and employees to treat their customers, not only is it a huge disappointment, people should be losing their jobs starting with the Executives of Zaxby’s.I will now be heading to social media to leave this as a review in hopes that it actually makes a difference. If not, I will NOT eat at Zaxby’s, especially this location again.Extremely disappointed in my “experience!”Oh, and just to price their point, the Kids Chicken Fingers that COME WITH ONE SAUCE….we didn’t get it! No wonder the young immature girl at the window was smiling so big. SHE KNEW! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!I really hope I hear from someone with some common sense. I also hope that the immature staff at this location can get some training on how to properly treat the customer - you know the ones who support their business and pay their salaries, etc.
We ordered a grilled chicken Cobb salad and house salad with fried chicken. The guy asked us to pull and wait and he pointed where to park. I parked exactly where he pointed. We waited 20 minutes and decided they forgot. We went in to see what’s going on and the order was just sitting there because they said he didn’t see the car. The cheese was melted in a big gob and salad was warm and wilted.
2rd time in row ordering online and coming in a min of 25 min after the app says to and food is never ready and wrong, forcing me to wait even longer while they prepare, or even cooked as they dont have any. Food is good (when right) but this is absolutely last time coming into this location, possibly any Zaxbys. Again, FOUR TIMES in a row orsers wrong, missing and eztremely late. That is not a one-off issue, its a total failure of management and staff to do basic items.... definitely dont recommend!!!!!!
I am sure I will get the generic response but I'm still going to leave a review. This location is going downhill. Wait times are horrible, they are always out of everything, and the order is almost never right. Tonight I went through the drive through and was informed they were out of grilled chicken so I ordered 2 traditional wings and things with 1 extra plain finger. I got home and had one boneless wings and things. 2 extra fingers with wimpy sauce on them, and the bread was stale and like cardboard. $30.00 down the drain because we basically through it away....I use to be a huge fan of Zaxbys so much I ate a grilled house salad for most of my pregnancy but this location is really starting to make me dislike zaxbys... looking at the reviews it appears others feel the same way. Instead of the automated response how about actually listening to your customers and make changes....

Stop in lunch for chicken finger plate... All good except for...- no ketchup.. zero, none- no coke products to speak of... Oh my!- counter person nice but think they should let customers know they do have many of the standard items "we are out of"- no coleslaw ☹️Other than that....
Worst resteraunt around. Not only do they close super early, but they start telling you “all orders will take 45 minutes to an hour” if you place an order after 8pm because they don’t want to work! Then blame it on “only one cook in the kitchen” like why are y’all even open if you’re trying to turn down every customer that comes through? Save yourself the time, and get food elsewhere.
I go here quite often since it's easy to get back to work, but they constantly keep messing up the order, drive thru has been nothing but rude and practically through the food and what not at you, but on the flip side the food was made properly surprisingly
Always a fan of spicy food. Love the wings and things from here. It always hits the spot and is very filling. The nuclear hot sauce has a very decent flavor but is not to hot! The price is a little high at around 11 dollars after taxes. Compared to chick fil a at a little over 8 dollars a combo.
Served me frozen food and blamed it on new cooks. Most people know you have to cook the food before you eat it.
