My friends and I placed a complaint online via the website 3 different times. We ordered $150 worth of food and were missing several items from the order on top of it being cold. There were only two cooks in the Woodstock GA location on the night we ordered. Not ONCE did we receive a personalized response to our messages. Not once did some one at the store ever answer the phone. Instead, my friend received a $10 gift card for her troubles this week. Over a month later. And not even compensating for the missing food let alone the hour we stood in the restaurant waiting on food we ordered ahead or the fact our food was cold because door dash drivers were requesting their orders be fulfilled before ours.
Just went to the Moe’s next door to get food and the two workers here were sitting outside of the restaurant and the women had made a comment as I was walking by asking why three people including me would look at this place and go somewhere else instead. To answer her question I wasn’t intending to go there originally. But after hearing that as I walk by don’t think I would want to go there unless it’s my last resort. The foods good but looks like customer service might need to be fixed
On Google Maps, this restaurant says they’re open until 12:00am. I got there around 10:15 to 10:30 and they were closed!! ??♂️ This was my first visit to this restaurant and I left, disappointed.Please update your hours on Google Maps. Based on what reviewers say here, I suggested an edit to your hours to when you quit taking orders, 7:15pm.Judging by other reviews here, it may have been a good thing I didn’t eat here.
Terrible service!! They need to hire people with a good attitude. My companion and I were going to go in for an order and as he opened the door for me, the girl inside shouted very loudly CLOSE THE DOOR!! several times. I don't know if it was discrimination or something similar but I don't recommend this place at all!????
The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Wingstop. The gentleman calling out orders referred to me “Dawg” and couldn’t tell me when my order would be ready. “It’s in line” is all he could say as as our order was already 45 past the time it was supposed to be ready. But they made sure they were getting the DoorDash orders out as they came in one after the other.The Franchise owner needs to find a new manager that can provide much needed customer service guidance and lessons.Good luck!!! We won’t be back.
This place sucks, I stopped by at 7:30 PM and was informed that they are closed. I asked what time they close and was told 8 PM but they won't take anymore orders.
Hire someone to work the register. My mom called me while she was physically standing in the store, they would not allow her to place an order in person. Would have taken a minute or two to place, but no there is “not enough staff to take orders”. I had to place an order online for her, absolutely crazy. This has been an ongoing issue, my mom said that a couple months back she had the same issue when trying to order, she walked out back then, should have done the same today
I am done with wingstop in Woodstock Georgia off of highway 92. 2 years ago they had great customer service. The kid there was awesome. Fries were awesome.. Last 3 visits pretty bad customer service and fries are always cold and they tell you to wait 16 to 20 minutes before you pick it up. And obviously That kid is goin
Upon entering the establishment, I was notified that their computer systems were down. However instead of stopping the service, the young woman had me order online while the gentleman behind her cooked other customers orders. These individuals both smiled and gave exemplary service under a very stressful situation. Their smiles also made other customers smile and truly appreciate the great work ethic bring displayed.
