Used to come here all the time but recently I’ve run into more and more issues. Today, I got the BYO with Turkey, Bacon, Pepper jack, Lettuce, and Oil & Vinegar. Super simple sandwich. Got the sandwich missing the Bacon, Cheese, and Oil & Vinegar. Seems like there was someone new behind the counter and the female owner working. Her pupils were massive and she seemed slightly out of it while training the new person. I hate to say this, but I probably won’t be coming back. I used to love this place.
Great sandwiches, wish they would cut it in half so you don’t have to deal with a loaf of bread every time you take a bite. They need more locations
Food was good but dropped to 3 stars because the cookies ‘n cream milkshake is not at all what you are lead to think when ordering. The menu in the store shows a white shake with chunks of cookies and whipped cream on top. What I got was a brown mush, no cookie chunks whatsoever. The employee said it’s a mix that they blend which is fine but there was no whipped cream either. If you expect $4.50 from me, then I have the right to expect what you advertise. I added a pic from the menu on the wall to show what was advertised, and a pic of the brown mush that i actually paid for.
Order a garden sandwich with turkey and got only turkey and jalapeños no veggies! Seriously this disgusting!

Well, I went today because if the person that said the fid was good and slammed the person who gave a 1 star saying that's all that person rates. I should have listened to the 1 star rating person! Food & service were both horrible today. My fries were so salty that they were inedible! Turkey sandwiche was gross. Tables & floor were dirty. 1st & last time there for us!
Yummy! Daughter has been several times but this was our 1st. So glad we decided to try it out! Made to order & fries were fresh! Dining area was very clean. Staff was friendly and you could tell there was a big smile behind their masks. Will definitely be back!

I went there on Monday and while waiting on our food the Indian lady dropped bread on the floor and put it through the toaster ?. I will not be retiring because lord knows what they do behind closed doors. The sandwiches are over priced for the quality of ingredients over all just a horse s**t experience
Sandwich was warm when I asked for cold and the meat was full of fat in the chicken salad sandwich. Was disgusting to eat, especially compared to the good one on exit 19 in Canton. Staff was friendly, however. This was a couple months ago so hopefully has changed since.
