Had my buddy pick up some grub as I work from home and didnt get off till 8:30 and he was coming my directions. Never in my life have I gotten ants in a fast food bag with my order. Hands down GROSS. Ants in his salad and all throughout the food. I didnt even bother returning to the location. Got food from a different establishment. Wont ever be getting food from that location again.
The customer service was horrible!! I stood there for about 5 minutes to try to get someone attention. They where dead?.onethe One of them please who is behind the counter was standing there on her cell phone doing whatever she does look up any went back at her cell phone did not get any help and said I until I said excuse me. Then she called for a manager what she had said hey mom and then the lady had to come up from the back to help me.. She also was like Blah.
I used to go to this Wendy's a lot, since it's only 5 mins down the street. However it's become more and more of a last resort stop, as the place has really just gone down hill. The employees are rude, no matter how cordial you are with them. They cut you off while your ordering, tell you to pull up and get mad when you try to finish giving the order at the window that they prevented you from ordering. Asking for anything at the window(napkins, straws that weren't included, etc) gets met with groans and eye rolls. The last few times I've been there the food was not very good either.. cold, burnt to a crisp fries that were put in bag upside down so they just go everywhere. Cold nuggets.. everytime I've gone there o know the employees are gonna have an attitude and be rude and I can get passed that, as I've come to expect it at this location. But when they treat you like trash, and the food is disgustingly cold, there's really no point to spend your money their, especially since they just raised their prices.
This Wendy's always has the best customer service and friendly employees! The food is always so delicious and made fresh! The blonde girl that works there, I think she's a manager, she is literally the best!!
Thought a snail was slow but they make one look like a roadrunner with how slow their drive thru is. I guess they cook only one meal at a time. Seems to be pretty typical with all Wendy's for some reason. Whoever was taking orders the night of 02/18, drink some coffee before you go to work and wake up!!!!
I sat in line for 15 minutes while the drive thru guy just chatted away with his friend that was in the car. He did apologize but no dude 15 minutes? Come on. I should have asked for my $20 meals to be free. This is ridiculous and this new generation is screwed. That’s exactly why you make $9/hour cause your customer service sucks. Have fun flippin burgers 20 years from now.
Generally, their drive through employees have a bad attitude. My second to last visit, the person taking the order was purposely difficult, trying to be funny and I could clearly hear his coworkers laughing in the background.My last and final visit to this location included completely cold fries. Not lukewarm but cold. I called to talk to the manager who said “I don’t know how. I’m up here and I know we are keeping them fresh and warm.” After a long pause I realize he had nothing else to say so I assume he was just calling me a liar. I responded letting him know that his statement isn’t possible as I live 8 minutes away at most and there’s no way for them to get that cold. He then offered to comp my order which I did not want. I just wanted him to know that his employees were messing up but it’s clear to me now that it’s on their leadership or lack thereof.
I was a walk up today while car was in the shop.. Not open for dine in today. At least put a sign up on the door or acknowledge people at the door to let them know. Better yet update the website so I do not waste my time at your business.
Ordered a large baconator meal they gave me a small the lady at the drive through was rude and they were arguing about something yelling at each other while I was in the line
This Wendy’s location is the SLOWEST I’ve ever been to. This is not an exaggeration. I’ve been through the drive through and waited 5+ minutes to order when at the speaker. The. When at the window waited another 10+ minutes for my order hearing them say they haven’t even cooked the burgers.
