Food quality bad. People at window not helpful
Ordered food from here around 9:15 pm, bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, regular plain chicken sandwich had cheese and bacon, along with 2 4 for 4 meals. Everything was cold and it seems like because they were closing at 10 pm, we were served sandwiches, fries, and nuggets that had been sitting out awaiting someone to order something similar. We fully get the whole quitting time (when it gets close to that time) but the order was placed well ahead of time to account for food being fairly hot when ordering. Haven't had many issues with this location, but tonight could have been different.
Strawberry frosty is ever advertisement you see everywhere you go. My wife never asks me for anything and mentioned one so I left home after we get the kids to bed to surprise her.Out of frosties for the night at 9:30.Wendy’s, come on. Explain this to me. Do you have to throw the frosties out at closing? If so, how much does that cost you? More than this single review will? I doubt it.
Cold burgers and fries taste nasty. I don't think it's unreasonable to enjoy the meal you pay for. Quality of the legacy fast food joints have generally dropped into the 'don't care' category.
Pulled up to the drive thru window while it was raining. The canopy they have for whatever reason did not help keep water off my door panel when I opened my window. Sitting there for 30 seconds, no one says anything. I say "hello"? And someone on the speaker in a rude tone says "gimme a second". Based on other reviews this is pretty common. My cashiers name was Mehki and he was pretty impolite as well.However, Julia, at the pick up window was very nice and sweet and she is the only good thing that location has going for it.
Wendy’s is amazing and worth it simply for the baked potatoes alone. The baconator fries are also one of the best items from a fast food restaurant ever, in fact, possibly of all time?
we were the only ones in the drive thru line. both chicken sandwiches were rock hard and cold. the hamburger buns were stale and also hard. the employees were rude at the drive thru speaker. they were out of potatoes. I bought food for me and my children and everyone was dissatisfied with all of the food.
Consistently disappointing, in different ways each trip. In the few times I've hit up this Wendy's I either get the wrong food, cold food, or poorly cooked/prepared food. It's really kind of a bummer since I really like Wendy's food usually. This location had been bad long enough I can only assume that the owner is aware but doesn't care because the place still makes money regardless.

What is that in my burger? I've called and tried to go to the door...it's locked. Someone needs to go check the kitchen!
