I am beyond disappointed in this location I’ve had a few bad trips but tonight will be the last. They never answer their phone at night so I went in and placed my order. Not very busy and still took 45 mins to get my two meals to go. I watched as other people got their food and a couple who ordered 15-20 minutes to after me get their food. If you want Waffle House it’s worth the drive to go to another one and pass this one.
Got home with my $15 worth of food late at night and open bag to find part of it missing. It's late night so I'm not driving back right now and you get a recorded message when you call that hangs up on you after it speaks, no option to leave a message or speak to someone. So I can't even tell them I was charged for food I didn't receive. Where is the bacon ?? How hard is a bacon and egg plate to get right ? Not happy at all. Also when I first walked in to order, the gray haired waitress gave me a dirty look and mumbled something, visibly unhappy there was another customer, then said nothing to me and I had to wait awhile for busier staff to help me.Management, I expect you to follow up since you intentionally made it impossible to call the staff
my waitress was the streamly nice and the cook really knows how to cook an egg
Arthur was our server, he was exceptional in his service. Our food was perfect, I had the bacon, egg, and hash browns bowl with a side of bacon. My wife had two eggs hash browns, pecan pancakes and a biscuit. All was very good. Thank you Arthur for making this visit very enjoyable.
Food was good. I liked the grits. The kids Loved the big waffles. Service was ok. My one complaint is there's no meat alternatives for those of us who don't eat beef or pork. The addition of Turkey sausage would be nice.
Service was good, quick & friendly.I ordered the Sausage Hash brown Bowl, eggs scrambled with a side of raisin toast. It was cooked just right and tasty.Service keeps the restaurant looking clean even during a morning rush.
This place has seriously gone down hill. Didn’t mind the wait of 20 min standing in the lobby because I understand if they were busy or short staffed. But sitting at a table for 40+ min with not a single person come to you. No drinks no food nothing… just ended up walking out. Will not be going back to this location…. Update finally after a hour we get a server our way and she high.. I have nothing else to say. But seems ihop is so desperate they hire anyone
It was everything a waffle house should be. Watch the cook make your food. Wait staff was extremely nice. Questions about certain items answered. Had a marvelous breakfast.
At breakfast here on December 26, It was busy as to be expected. Despite the place being as busy as it was, Kayla, the person who waited on us was extremely pleasant. Super friendly, perfect service, and the food was great as usual. Grateful for people like Kayla. Working on a busy holiday weekend and in the middle of such challenging times.
