I am so devastated, came to this Waffle House, and placed my order was patiently waiting, and saw the lady who took my order gave my waffles to other customers, didn’t say a pip from it, again another waffle was ready. She serves someone else, and I had to address it, and she got mad, and replied to me rudely, then my waffles were ready she messed them up, and expect me to take them, and I didn’t and she started to make me feel I have a problem. I have always come here to order, and I never had a problem with anyone, but since white people always discriminate black one and think they are better than other, the whole team started to make a big deal, and were super rude to me. If you treat me bad, I will for sure treat you bad, and you will learn from it. Don’t treat people the way you don’t want to be treated. I will follow this with the corporate. You can be assured. Don’t be racist.
Tried calling several times to place a take out order. None of my calls answered. Get to the restaurant to see no customers. Just to test to make sure the phone number was accurate I called while in the store to see them ignoring phone calls. Still no one in the restaurant but me. And still won't answer the phone. So I guess they don't accept take out orders over the phone.
In my 53 years and many visits to Waffle House, this was by far the worst experience. I had never been in this one before. Took several minutes to get noticed I was even there to the point I was ready to leave, they weren't busy. I always get a cheese omelet and no one knew how to make one. One guy tried but I refused to eat it as it was so nasty. Waitress never asked if I needed a refill. The restaurant was filthy too. Ant crawling across the checkout corner.
Normally a decent place to eat in the mornings but today I went around 6pm and it was filthy. Floors looked like they haven’t been swept in forever and there were ROACHES crawling around on the ground… the staff didn’t seem pleased to be at work but the young man who helped us was nice. To make things worse my fiancé has been sick ever since he ate the food tonight.
This place is the best! Value, customer service, taste. Now this is how I feel about most waffle houses but this location is the fastest I’ve seen with the best service. They anticipate your needs and you rarely have to ask for anything.I recommend to locals and travelers. Ask for Angie!
They don’t take to-go orders over the phone. They don’t answer the phone. When you go into the restaurant there are bugs running around the counters between the syrup and jelly containers. Last to-go order they forgot to put the bacon in our to-go bag.

Best waffle house in Woodstock. I've been coming here for years and the quality never disappointed me. Great service and fast food times.
My wife, daughter, Mother in law and I just had dinner here on 1/19/22 and this was a GREAT experience. The cook (Tony) was absolutely amazing, the food tasted delicious! Our server also did an amazing job! Handled 4 tables by herself like a boss! We actually came to this location because another nearby one was too busy and I’m glad we switched!
I was there and service was great. Good food and got can go in and eat.
