Got an earl grey milk tea with bubbles and was sorely disappointed. I was looking for a signature milk tea with boba only to get something that tasted more like flavored milk with mediocre tapioca balls. Would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a traditional taiwanese bubble tea.
My favorite place to get bubble tea. It never disappoints, and they have a rewards program card that gets you a free drink once you've purchased ten. Everyone is very friendly and service is super quick. They also have these boba plushies right now and I want all of them!
I usually really like this place. I bring my niece here on Fridays after school. Yesterday was not the best experience. I asked for light ice in my Dalgona and was told no we don't do that in coffees. What happened to customer service. I wasn't given and explanation just a no we don't do that. Then I hand cash and my punch/reward card after ordering 3 drinks, one of which should have been free but instead of giving me one free he simply added an extra stamp and said next time, to which I said well at least do it the right way and start a new one, he would not and simply kept saying next time.After all that my drink wasn't even right. I ordered my drink with both black pearls and brown sugar (mind you they charge for both but only gave me the brown sugar ones)I may or may not ever be back because my niece does enjoy this treat together, but definitely disappointed in yesterdays service.

My favorite place in the area to get bubble tea. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have a cute wall set up for photo opportunities.
I have been going here for over a month and the bubble teas I have ordered have never failed. I recommend the Vietnamese Coffee with Black Tapioca for anyone who is interested in wanting coffee. If you are interested in a fruity bubble tea, I recommend the Passionfruit Green Tea with Mango poppings. When I first came here, I did not know what to order and Kenny helped me order and helped me choice a drink that was up to my taste. The service is great and the staff is friendly. I recommend coming here if you are up for an authentic bubble tea time experience. ?
Came here a few days ago. Saw the reviews and was quite excited to try it out. The inside of the shop is nice and the staff is friendly. That being said, I was pretty disappointed in my drink. The milk tea itself was average but the boba pearls were awful. Not sure if my girlfriend and I got a bad batch, but they tasted like they were just boiled in water with no sweetness or taste. I've tried many places in duluth and kennesaw and I think there are much better options there.
I got the brown sugar milk tea and it was amazing!! My husband got the peach milk tea and that was equally as good! We will definitely be back to try other teas!
