Terrible food, and they literally told everyone who pulled up to the window speaker in drive-thru that they couldn't take any orders for thirty min because their system shut down from all the doordash and Uber eats orders that came in. So they stopped serving people so they could do the fifteen orders for delivery. To top it off, they were out of half their soda flavors and 4 or 5 of their menu items. Absolutely the worst taco bell I've ever been to. And that's a prestigious title since the one near my house is always closing two and three hours early, since they can't keep anyone working who is halfway decent. And they are ALWAYS out of soft taco shells and chalupa/gordita tortillas... Who is so ignorant that they can't order enough of the most used item on the menu?!? Geeze, I need to apply to be a manager at that place, since all I would need to do is show up on time and use basic math/common sense skills and I'd be ten times better than current management... Smh....
Every single thing I go to this location they mess up my order, something is always missing. You call the store no one answers, phone rings then hangs up on you. Ask for a call back can't even get that. I didn't pick this one up and the lady at the register gives me attitude saying we already gave this too you. Terrible customer service.
All of our tacos were barely packaged and had any filling in them. Worst experience ever at this location and we used to come here regularly. The ones that were wrapped up were swimming in grease, totally disgusting
Sloppy food, items with sour cream have the sour cream in one spot. Either it's all in your first bite or last biteNo napkins, no receipt, no customer serviceI've given up on this location
I really like this taco bell, there are nights that are misses but honestly the two dudes running it at time do a good job on juggling orders and passing people to the parking lot. Just wish maybe for the guy who brings out the order had a easier way to identify who's order is whos
Literally the worst Taco Bell. They never have anything. I've ordered there five separate times and they don't have beef, only have beans, are out of shells, or are out of soda. Who is running this place because they have terrible management?
Ordered soft tacos and a crunch wrap and both were better than normal. There was a lot of meat and a greater than normal amount of everything else. This Taco Bell, was definitely better than others.

Placed a mobile order about an hour ago. Currently sitting in the parking lot after being asked to pull around at drivethru. Waiting for 45 minutes and no food. Parking lot is full with no one coming out of the store. Store won't answer phone so I can cancel. Can see employees standing at counter and sitting in booths. I will never be coming here again and will encourage others not to as well.
Having grown up in towne lake I remember when this Taco Bell opened and I have never really once been impressed with the food or service. They used to take forever when they opened and over time it got better, but there have been so many times I’ve ordered a Baja blast and the syrup was low so it was watery. Or I’d get a chicken quesadilla and it would be 70% tortilla and 30% meat and cheese. I don’t know if it’s the owners/management being cheap and stingy or the employees just aren’t paid enough to care but I imagine it’s probably a bit of both. Haven’t come across many employees that didn’t seem miserable while working the drive through there. The Taco Bell an exit up crushes it and I try to avoid this one at all costs.
