Great place to take the kids. Happy to be able to go in and eat. Loved they even had a table where you could plug you phone in to charge.
Probably one of the finest Taco Bell locations I've ever been to, they boasted a clean dining room, health score of 100, and when prompted to remove certain ingredients from the food filled it back up with others. The last of which I rarely EVER see a Taco Bell do, and something I feel they should Highly recommended for a quick bite, the manager was all smiles!
One of my favorite Taco Bell locations. I've never had an issue with my food here, even when asking for extra cheese, switching contents, or removing things such as sour cream or tomatoes. They get it right every time and I always have my exact order in the bag. Employees these past few months have been great also. The line, whether inside or with drive-thru, never keeps me waiting a super long time either. It seems their staff work efficiently every time I'm there.
It was a communication issue. Asked a steak crunchwrap & two chicken chalupas. Which came out to almost $37 because they weren’t listening then proceeded to tell me “That’s what you asked for.” Nope. When I attempted to correct it, they clearly weren’t going to listen. More miscommunication- and I don’t know if I received what I ordered. It’s disappointing, that’s all.
A little snow and this place has every single employee hiding in the booths, machines still on as you drive through. Manager pulls up with lunch for all the employees and, “they are closed.” Mobile ordering still turned on and they are still wearing head sets. Mentioned how poor of customer service it is and the manager swore at me in Spanish….
My husband and I ate here tonight. We've been coming to this one for a year and have never had an issue before tonight. The woman working the drive thru was very dry/monotone. No, "HI. How are you? Thank you, etc." Nothing. It took her a good minute to come to the window and we she did she never apologized or even greeted me. Immediately, told me the total, handed me my card back, then my food then a under her breath, "thank you." And that's just the customer service part! Our food was disgusting! The beef was dry with a weird texture. Had a some funky after taste too. Beans had an odd taste as well. Really disappointed. I love taco bell. I may try again in a few months. But for now I'll travel to another location. This is super disappointing
This Taco Bell location is probably the only reliable Taco Bell in the surrounding Woodstock area. Naomi in particular is consistently fantastic, and the example of what customer service should be. 10/10 would recommend this location, can’t say that about the others
Nice place. Try the special boxes, most times they are fire ?
Can't get an order right. Something will be wrong with it. No matter how many times its read back and you the customer is asked "is this correct" Something will be missing, not done, or just not what was ordered at all. They'll make it right just don't expect a sorry about that, we screwed up or even just an oops. Horrible customer service.
