I bought a medium cappuccino here and over 1/3 of the cup was foam! I was surprised to have to tilt the cup so far to get coffee to come out. I thought the lid might have been plugged, but it wasn’t. Come on! You’re making enough money on this coffee, at least fill the customer’s cup! I paid for a medium size, and wound up with a small cup quantity of coffee. I see another reviewer had the same problem.
I will give a 4 because even though they are always friendly and I do like the staff they always seems to be out of alot of the items I order and I have to adjust...I don't mind doing it every once in a while but it's been at least the last 3-4 times
The coffee is ok, I’ve had better Starbucks. My big complaint is if I’m paying $6+ dollars for an iced coffee, I’d like the drink to be full not three quarters full!! I understand it happening once or twice but every time…?
This store can not get one of their main drinks correct. The ice brown sugar oatmilk espresso. This is the 3rd time I've ordered the drink from this location and out of the 3x they have only gotten it right once! They keep forgetting to add the oatmilk. I don't get it?!! How do you forget the oatmilk?? It's in the name of the drink! Not to mention it's not cheap. I'll definitely be coming back up to the store to complain. Unacceptable!!!!
Morning crew is so friendly, kind and personable. The afternoon crew is the polar opposite. They will argue with you about the way you want your drink made and it is NEVER correct. This is the closest location for me but I drive out of my way most of the time just so I can get kind service and the drink I pay for.
The service at this Starbucks has taken dramatic downturn in the last few months. I was a loyal customer for 10 years and loved the welcoming staff, space, and consistent service. Now, some (not all - some are still amazing) of the employees are rude, untrained, and service is very, very slow.
I ordered my order on their app as I always do said it would be ready in 10 minutes from the time I ordered it got there 5 minutes prior too, the doors were locked so I had to get into the drive-thru line waited in the Drive-Thru line for 40 minutes to get my prepaid online order at this time it's been nearly almost an hour since I ordered my online order horrible service why was their doors closed at 5:40 pm and it says your web site is supposed to be open till 8 p.m.
I can’t say enough about this Starbucks. I’m there every morning and they always have my order right and are so friendly even with a long line. Lauren, Billy and Peter hands down are the best! They are the friendliest people and always ask how my mornings are going!
I would suggest staying away during the 7am - 8am rush during the school year. The high school is right next to it so you end up with 70 kids ordering drinks and the crew does their absolutely best to get them done but there is only so much they can do. I do want to give a shout out to Maxwell, he was sending drinks out like a well oiled machine, I was super impressed. I can’t even play coffee house tycoon faster than his drink rate lol
The cafe is closed for some reason right now even though it was open not long ago. Lauren is the shining star here tbh she’s always been so helpful and kind when fixing my drink that is constantly messed up at every starbucks. It’s literally a sweetened iced coffee.
