Just stopped by at 12:42pm on Friday on 06/03/22.I was discussing a coffee order with my friend in the drive through, I said I won’t be order from (explicit)‘ing Starbucks.I was told by the drive through staff that I couldn’t say that.I left to never return. Please terminate Karen on drive through staffing @ 12:42pm on Friday 06/03/22.
The lady was rude 2 times in a row. Both times she made up some excuse as to why she couldn’t do what we were wanting to do. The first time we went to this location she refused to give me a venti water. She said they don’t do that. Every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to has always done a venti Ice water with my coffee. This time we went she would not scan the app so my fiancé could earn rewards. She said they don’t do that. Avoid this location at all costs. They are lazy and rude. Will make up whatever excuse they can to not do what you are wanting to do just so they don’t have too.

It's Starbucks. Need I say more? Sometimes they get the names wrong but typically it's pretty exquisite
More of a MTN DEW guy. That and $4 coffee is more than I like it. But will say they make a awesome hot chocolate just needed shot of Bailey's Irish in it
