The WORST customer service. I am a crazy Starbucks addict. I go to Starbucks all over the place. This particular location was the worst experience of them all. The “barista” took our order through the drive thru and was simply rude. She kept trying to tell me what I’m ordering is wrong when she wouldn’t even letMe finish my order. I get a double shot of espresso on ice with cream and a Splenda in a grande cup. She wanted to charge me 5.75. I told her I have been getting this same order from every Starbucks all over the country. Never once had this issue. My order always came out to 2.95. We wouldn’t have cared so much if they didn’t have a cash only sign. She continued to argue and try telling us what our drink is actually called. I’m not a barista, I don’t care how it’s made. The fact is I’ve been ordering this drink for YEARS. And this was the first place to ever give me any kind of problem. Won’t go back to this location. I’ll go to Dunkin’ next door.
It’s coffee. It’s tasty. It’s Starbucks. Good staff, clean. Ask of the usual expectations of a Starbucks were met.
Came through on 3/12/22. A Saturday at 11:16 a.m. Came through drive-thru. Pulled out of drive-thru at 11:50. Ordered a grande hot white chocolate mocha. After leaving found I was given a half of a cup of coffee. Other half whip cream. Employee at window cannot multi task which explained the long drive-thru time. WORST service ever at this location and I come here a couple times a week.
It had been a while since I've had a really good and consistent cup of anything from Starbucks but this trip was worth it. First time to this particular location.
Just went through. Both me and my husbands drinks were absolutely delicious!! They made them right on point. Ordered a cheese Danish for the 1st time and it was the best cheese Danish I've ever had. Seriously. Good job guys!!!!
They are gracious and have always been extremely hospitable.I don't know everyone, and I have no idea what the turnover rate is but I hope some of them read this.I have a confession to make...My interest in feminine beauty has led me to order drinks I did not want because I wanted the chance to interact with them.So I said it. I'm sorry.If you're reading this--I think I love you.
Fast service, friendly. They only offer 1 sugar free coffee, but you can get teas without sugar (for diabetics).
I love coming here. Chalet and everyone there is so nice and so tentive. I enjoy getting my coffee. Thank you guys for the great and caring service!!

I LOVE Makayla!! She always is soo nice!!! And she puts cute little Christmas stickers on my coffee!! Soo sweet ?? and makes my coffee PERFECT!!! Bc I’m pretty picky ?.. Honestly, everyone up here is great!! Definitely a good start to my mornings seeing all the sweet faces! ?
