BAD Smoothies! Today my husband ordered a small Angel Food and I ordered a Green Tea Tango with blueberries and Greek yogurt instead of frozen yogurt. His was flavorless and mine was so watery it was basically fruit juice. Also, another time my smoothie was full of ice chunks. For a $6 for a small smoothie you are better off making one at home- SAVE the MONEY!
Good smoothie & staff is nice. I tried to order through the app but the app says they are only open from 1pm-9pm. But most days they are open at 7am.
My daughter used to work here and her boss never gave her the last check. Said to bring back her shirts and sweatshirt. My daughter went in one day and returned them still never received her last pay check unbelievable that the boss still won’t give my daughter her last paycheck.
Stopped in to pick up a doordash order at 8:00 a.m., posted hours were 7:00 a.m. to open. No one in sight no help at the drive-thru, no one answered the phone.
placed a pick up order 20 minutes ahead of time, get to the store it’s drive thru only…sit in the drive through for another 15 minutes just to grab my order, get to the window AND IT ISNT EVEN READY. no one attended the window when i pulled up either. if you’re not offering indoor pickup then ??? there has to be a better method for pickup, especially if you’re in a hurry.
Very understaff and unprofessional. not customer friendly. My shake was horrible and I ask for her to remake it, because it was not like I normally have it at the others Smoothie king. She told me to pay for another one, that the owner told her she can remake smoothie to customer satification if made wrong, WOW!
I used to come here 2-3 times a week and the smoothies were awesome, but they recently started putting ice in their smoothies. It makes the smoothie taste like tap water, yuck... Hopefully it's just this location and not all of them, because I love Smoothie King. I recommend going to a different location if you have the option.
Ordered smoothies online. The wait time said 30 minutes, got there 10 minutes late but couldn’t walk inside. Sat in the drive through for another 25 minutes and when I got to the window the girl working said she was the only person there and they were understaffed. She said it would take her an additional 30 minutes to make our smoothies. I asked for a refund and magically a different girl appeared and told me she didn’t know how to issue one. She handed me what appeared to be a refund receipt and after 5 days the payment didn’t refund. Called the store, the “manager” and tried reaching out to corporate smoothie king to get my 28 bucks back but apparently no one cares. To be honest after I got to the window and saw their previous health inspection score, I didnt want the smoothies anymore
I have come here multiple times 10 minutes before closing and they have not let me in. I am a little upset that this happens on a regular basis. If you are going to close 15 minutes early you better change your hours.
Do NOT eat at this Smoothie King. We ate here the other day. Their health score was 69. I normally don’t eat at a place with a score less than 85. I was hesitant but ate here. I drank only half of my banana berry treat smoothie. I got food poisoning for three days. Worst feeling ever. Do NOT eat here.
