I love this restaurant, and their waitstaff is great. However, I have come here a couple times over the past month and their air conditioning has been out for the entire month. It has been the hottest month in GA in the past 10 years. As a general manager myself, who needs to make calls to repair things in my building all the time, I can tell the general manager here is not doing their job to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. It makes for a bad guest experience, and I cannot imagine what the staff is going through having to work in an environment like this.
Just maybe don't order the $8.00 slice of cake, getting a half inch slice. Always pleased with the entrees though.
Horrible service. Angry server. Bad food. Our waitress and her trainee… awful…. And the trainee tried to get in my face and argue over a water That I had asked for already several timesThe manager literally came out and told us that the kitchen messed everything up and that our waitress is distracted with something else. The first time we ordered here, we thought they had the best wings in town. The second time was bad but we assumed it was just an unlucky day. We ordered for a third time today and our order was so wrong that we have crossed this place off our list forever.We got 2 orders of wings. Asked for extra extra crispy, they were not. One was hot + lemon pepper and ranch, instead it was some jerk-type sauce and blue cheese. The Cobb salad was half brown.I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because their mozzarella sticks are delicious.
We eat lunch here all the time! I'm obsessed with their salads and my husband loves the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. They have great drink specials and kids eat free one day a week. Recommend highly!
I placed my order online. The order showed ready for pickup so I proceeded to the store. Needless to say, I waited over 30 minutes for my order. The hostess was not helpful. I definitely do not recommend spending your hard earned money at this establishment. They don't seem to care about their customers. I was told they were bagging my order and then the hostess disappeared to the back and did not return to the front for over 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable.
First time ordering take out from here, definitely learned my lesson will not order again. Buffalo chicken wrap was completely fallen apart, the garlic bread in my pasta was soggy from them just tossing it in the box, only thing that came okay were my wings.
Been here many times, but tonight is a complete disaster. Food took almost an hour to come out. Was cold when it arrived. Never got all my food. Waitress seemed upset I told her the food was cold when it came out, and she never got my missing food. Our waitress then proceeded to ignore us, then dumped us on another one. Very unhappy. Watched several to go orders stand around for 30+ minutes. Never saw a manager. 2nd waitress Nicole did a good job trying to clean up the mess, but seemed like not many others on the staff cared. Had to wait a long time to get a check just to pay. In fact, it took so long I had plenty of time to write this negative review. Only good point was that, as waiting to get our food and pay took so long, we got to watch almost the entire Braves game on the night Acuna came back. Would rather have gotten home before the end of the game, though.

This place used to be a reliable pub food in person and take out place. Ordered pick up for four today. Showed up when order was promised. Thirty minutes later food still not ready. When they finally had the food ready they forgot one of the orders. Delayed even more. Got home and realized two of the four orders were wrong. Not even close to what we ordered. Called restaurant to complain and they didn’t care. Needless to say not going back.
