Good food and service!4 star because I felt the place was little cramped and didn’t like the idea of Centre booth.
I had the traditional burger. It was delicious. I asked for medium and it was juicy! My aunt got the salad wedge and crab soup, delicious again! I hope to return! Thank you Salt Factory!
Food is good but it doesn’t make up for the poor service we have had on multiple occasions. Also the cleanliness is incredibly questionable. I was brought a water with red lipstick stains on the glass - I was not wearing lipstick…YIKES. Makes you wonder what else hasn’t been washed.
Our family dined here for lunch. We were a party of four adults and two children. Three of us had the traditional hamburger, one had the filet mignon steak sandwich, and we had a kids pizza. I'm not sure why they asked how done we wanted the hamburger. All three had no pink in them and two were ordered medium. The fries had a great flavor. The cheese pizza was the best thing that we ordered. One person had been here before but didn't have the hamburger previously and was also disappointed. The service was good.
Another wonderful local place. The food is definitely premium. Their menu as well thought out. I have a lot of food sensitivities so it was a pleasure knowing that I was very safe eating hair. The three of us enjoyed our meal. There was nothing negative to say. Where we sat, the loudness of the environment and music, service and food were all five star! I do hope that you also will enjoy a wonderful experience at Salt Factory ~ Bon appetit! If you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up ? and feel free to follow me for future reviews.
For our Saturday date out in Downtown Woodstock, we stopped by Salt, as we love the Roswell Location. We ordered the Salt Factory Mussles for our appetizer, and Pan Crisped Trout and the Steakhouse Burger for our entrees. While our entrees were great, several of the mussles had gone bad. No amount of water would wash away the horrible taste. We complained to the waitress, who pretty much told us that was unlikely, but apologized nonetheless. Kind of expected her to do something and make up for it, but nope. Other than that, pretty decent visit. We’d probably visit again, but steer clear of their seafood :)
Went there with 5 other couples. Knowing that a party of 12 can be challenging for any restaurant, we got there before 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon. It took the staff just a few minutes to set up a table and seat us. The server was very attentive and brought what we ordered very promptly. The server recommended several of the appetizers. We ordered several appetizers before we ordered our meal. All off the appetizers were good. We also kept him busy with ordering drinks. I had the chicken fried chicken and my wife had the trout. Both were excellent. This is when everything went south. When we asked for our tickets, the server brought us one ticket for the whole table. When asked if we could split the ticket up, the server said that we would have to tell them what each person had and the could put it on separate cards. I did not know that it was the customers responsibility to keep up with what they ate and drank. After we tried separating it our selves, they still were not able to accommodate us. I had to wind up just putting it on my card and work out getting reimbursed by the others. Our group always tips well and they just hurt themselves by not splitting up the ticket.
Had the she crab soup, it is good but much too salty. Dial back on the salt, and you will have a winner.
Great service. We had a very polite helpful waiter who had wonderful suggestions. We both had a salad, house and steak knife. Both with Hanger Steak. The steak had wonderful flavor. My goat cheese bread was delicious.
Fun place. Great White Russians
