I don't understand this location...I stopped ordering here because they kept getting the order wrong. Well, that was 2 years ago. I decided maybe it had been long enough for a change. Nope. Still gets orders wrong. Asked for well done and we got a blonde crust...asked for extra sauce and there's basically none. What's up, management?
Idk which is worse Pizza Hut or dominoes. This place is dirty and the managers need training. I think dogs would run this place better than the people in here.If you want good pizza go to Taste of Italy on Hwy 92 they are the best!
Placed an order online for a pizza and wings at 6:30, paid for and set to arrive 7:55. About 6:45 I got a missed call saying they didn’t have 3/4 topping for the pizza and to please call back to replace the toppings…. So I called back. On hold for 11 minutes or so, no answer, so I hang up call again. Once again on hold no answer for about 8 minutes. Continue to do this 7 more times over the next hour and was on hold each phone call. Never talked to anyone about replacing the toppings…. canceling the order… if they are even bringing any food. At this point it was past 8:15. Finally some kid answered the phone and said the food was never on its way it was voided over an hour ago… would’ve been nice to know so I could’ve ya know eaten dinner.
Items in the curbside order were missing. The order paid online included a pizza and four drinks. Only the pizza was provided. The missing drinks were discovered once the pick up person got back home. No call from Pizza Hut staff even after text message reporting missing drinks.
The service is always wonderful and my pizza was perfect. I love the consistency.
I ordered a pizza which we often do, all other times it was delivered, today Dec 21. 2021 I ordered and it never arrived. Then I get texts saying it was delivered, but you try to call the store, nobody answers it is in perpetual ads and music, So as soon as it posts to my credit card, they have already stated it will be refunded to me, I am done with the BS this establishment slings out
The delivery was easy to do online. I ordered wings for myself and my husband. The pizza was lunch for a worker at my home. I loved the wings and my carpet guy had no complaints about the large pizza he was sharing with his crew member. He was even fine drinking Pepsi instead of coke that he requested! If I ever need pizza, wings or anything else delivered I will use Pizza Hut again.

They don’t answer the phone, they sometimes don’t even come to the counter to take your order when you get there in person. I’ve actually waited like 15 minutes and then ended up walking out and going to Papa John’s across the street. Service here leaves a LOT to be desired. The pizza itself is good, which is why this is 2 stars instead of 1
deliver my pizza on time, waited 1 hour 30 minutes, then the driver called lost, had to flag him down in the street. pizza was barely warm. i called with no satisfaction from the store
