Delicious! The Mongolian beef was so tender and not too sweet; I loved the onions and green onions in the dish too. I also ordered the Kung Pao Triple, which was my absolute favorite! It came with chicken, beef, and shrimp, and the shrimp was soo juicy and tender. The sauce was savory and spicy, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. All the staff are super kind and the food came out quickly, so I definitely will be back to this family owned restaurant soon!
The best Chinese food anywhere near Cherokee County. I have tried so many places and none can compare. They have been consistent for over 15 years and I know that no matter what I get it willbe delicious. My go to order is Kung Pao chicken with Hot and Sour soup. So so so good
2 stars bc my experience with peking tokyo up until now has been great, but after what i just received i cant say there will be a next time. i ordered sushi from their website, which is completely devoid of descriptions so i was going off of what rolls by these names USUALLY are. so sure enough when my order arrived, one of the rolls was something entirely different than i expected that i didnt even want. huge waste of money; its not that hard to either put descriptions or be consistent with other restaurants. they called me shortly after i placed my order and said they were out of flying fish eggs and asked if smelt eggs were okay. i appreciated this and said that was fine, but the nigiri I receive was soggy and poorly put together so i could barely eat it. even the spider roll, which is usually great, was disappointing. oh, and for the cherry on top... or should i say shrimp head on top... see my attached image. listen, im not squeamish, but nothing i ordered even had shrimp in it!!
This is my absolute go-to sushi place! This family owned business is hard working and very personable. They remember your name and orders. The sushi is Amazing and great portion size for the price. The Carribean roll and the Special Eel Roll are my family favorites!!
Don't even bother trying to do an order for delivery. Ordered online for delivery, three hours later, still no food. Tried calling to cancel several times, they answered the phone and never said a word and then hung up on me. Will now have to get the credit card company to cancel the charges.
Loved the food with great staff and service! The family that runs this business is super kind and all the food is authentic. I would definitely recommend the sweet 'n sour chicken and lo mein.
Ordered delivery. After being 30 minutes late and unable to call because the phone was busy, I drive to the restaurant to get my food. Not one single person dining in the restaurant and about 10 people waiting to pick up their food. When I asked about my order, she said “already left”. So I said check anyway and called home. Still waiting for my order and it is now an hour late. Unacceptable! We usually spend between $70 and $90 when we order from here. Someone else will be getting that now.
I don’t know why people said something bad about the sushi I order sushi all the time it’s great
Ordered take out the other night. We placed our order at 4:30 pm and were told to pick it up at 7:30pm. We picked up at 7:30pm but still had to wait 15 minutes.I ordered the whole peking duck. When we got our order the duck was a small container with about 12 small slices of duck with raw onions in the container. The duck was dry and soggy (the skin) The meat on the duck was turning gray and tasted like it was 5 days old. (yes I know this, I've been a professional Chef for 18 years)The tempura seafood and vegetables were soggy. They were cooked hours before picking up.This was absolutely the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I'm a corporate Chef and travel all over the country for work and I eat at a lot of different Asian food restaurants. I don't know how this place stays in business.
Food was okay. Ordered "Japanese Cheesecake" which apparently isn't a cheesecake, or a sweet dish at all. The lady on the phone was not the kindest when trying to tell me it wasn't a cheesecake, saying "you're thinking of the American cheesecake" when if you look up Japanese cheesecake you get images of a fluffy well, Japanese cheesecake. She did however, allow me to change my order to a sushi roll, so I have to give credit for that I suppose. As for taste, the food was okay. I ordered steamed potstickers and they were good, however the ponzu sauce wasn't as tangy as I'm used to. The sushi wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. Overall mediocre, service and food.
