Horrible service. We have carry out here at least once a week and always order a small basic salad. They tell you your order will be ready on 10-25 minutes and we always error on the 25 side. The pizzas are always ready but for some reason it takes them another 10-15 minutes to make a salad??? Why offer a salad if you can’t make it in less than 45 minutes? Had the same experience today and I am done! The staff seems to care little about service, quality and making things right. Order to small pizzas and a small salad and after 45 minutes I get nothing but excuses on why they can’t do it. Save yourself money and the aggravation and eat a domino’s.
After trying several pizza shops in the Woodstock area, ordering usually just a plain or pepperoni pizza, PLP’s is our favorite! The ingredients taste so fresh and the crust has great flavor. We recently tried the wings too and they were fantastic.Shoutout to the front of house staff. They are consistently helpful and kind. :)
We had carry out yesterday. Our pizza, hand tossed Margarita was superb. We also had an antipasto salad. Everything was fresh and delicious.
I am from Boston MA. I showed up 10 minutes before closed. Not only did they allow me to place an order and look around the very colorful shop but they were very friendly and chatted with me and my date until our food was done.I learned that the dough was made daily and the sauce was a private recipe!The food through service was a 10/10.HIGHLY Recommend!

This was one of my favorite locations until tonight… I ordered vegan cheese on my pizza but looks like they mixed in real cheese with it. They must have been running low because I tasted the vegan cheese, but parts of the pizza had stretchy and chewy texture and smelt of mozzarella, with the usual browning. I’m lactose-intolerant so I’m in so much pain right now, but at least the employees were nice.
As a person from NJ, I'm still on the hunt for a decent pizza shop. Yes, there really is a big difference. If you haven't tasted the difference, then this is probably a 4 star review for you. This is respectable pizza shop, decent time for delivery and decent taste. Not NY/NJ pizza or anything close to it.
Great food and friendly staff. My order is always ready on time when I order for pickup. Sure it's a little more expensive than the large corporate chains, but the food quality is way better in my opinion.
This pizza was delicious!I paid more than I would have for an inferior pizza!Would recommend!Also if you ever ordered Papa John's, Dominoes, or anything else, you will never return after trying these pizzas.Give it a try.
Cashier was very sweet! She went out of her way to make eye contact with me when taking my order. (Plus she complimented my outfit lol) The pizza was good too.
