The appetizer of cheese bread sticks were very good and came out quickly. After which we waited for 2 hours sitting on cafe bar stools for our pizza. It seems our ticket got lost in the kitchen. Oddly, they handed us the bill within the first 15 mins, yet our pizza didn't arrive another 1 1/2 hours. While we sympathize with the clearly under staffed workers, their kitchen chaos was badly communicated to us. We were told our food will be out in a minute throughout the 2 hrs. We also waited over an hour for a Caesar salad only to learn they ran out of Romain lettuce. They offered 50% off the pizza for our trouble. We paid then left with our uneaten pizza. Too bad, after eating the pizza at home, it really was quite good, but not sure I'd go back again. It just seems like too much of a hassle.
Coming from Chicago, I am picky about my pizza. More specifically, the crust & sauce. That being said, Partners Pizza has absolutely blown away my expectations and I LOVE their pizza. A small pizza can feed 2 people comfortable or opt in for a huge slice (and top it the way you like). They have affordable food & beer options and clearly list their prices THANK GOODNESS. Overall one of my favorites in Downtown Woodstock.
Great pizza! Kind of loud, but it's downtown. Seating is very limited and chairs are not so comfy.
They took excellent care in preparing my food which needed to be gluten free due to allergies. I have never had a pizza place be this meticulous in preventing cross contamination and truly making sure my meal was gluten free! It was so relieving to be able to eat without the anxiety of ingesting gluten. I will definitely be back!!
First time trying. Thought we'd get a quick couple slices of pizza. However, we waited over 45 minutes for those slices. We were seeing other whole pizzas come out before ours. The server gave us a free cheese pizza, which we accepted, but didn't really want before the slices finally came out. Not sure if it was under-staffing, or they just forgot our order.
There potato specialty pizza is terrible, but they say it’s the most popular one. The partners special pizza is phenomenal, had that twice. But today I got a pizza from there where I chose my own toppings, and there was barely any sauce, and crust tasted way worse than usual, and the price they charged me before tax was different than what the menu said. They need better consistency in quality food.
The staff was so friendly and nice atmosphere but the pizza was terrible, we order 2 large pizza and both was burnt. We order the buffalo pizza but we can’t find the characteristic spicy flavor. Nice place to have a couple beers but no to eat pizza. I have eaten better pizza at little Caesar
Pizza is awesome. Especially the sausage
Used to love this place. Now, too much of an unknown cheese is smothering the pizza. The cheese is an orange hue and pools on the slices, drips on to and off of the plate. Tasteless tomato sauce that can’t even be seen under the cheese.
The food was really good, however the service was lacking. We sat down and no one waited on us so we went to the counter to order just to be told if we want to eat there we need to wait to be served at the tables. Someone finally came out but we had to get back up to refill our own drinks and ask for the check. Some of our food came way before the rest. They seemed short staff so I can’t really blame the workers I think there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant. She seemed over worked and was trying her best to serve all the customers but there’s only so much one person can do.
