The pizza was great. Hot, fresh and as ordered. I ordered a Diet Pepsi2 liter n was sent a Dr. Pepper. My fam only drinks diet. Problem. My total for 2 pizzas n drink was 49. Seems like they could’ve given me a discount automatically. I jus had flown back home n wasn’t thinking abt coupons or deals. I think that total was too high. And the time they quoted was 36-46 min. Took an hour. Great pizza, tho
Great, friendly, and fast. The pizza was nice and hot when I came to pick up the food. The garden pizza was delicious with the right amount of cheese. Highly recommend this place, I shall be back!
Ordered a pizza and breadsticks, we only got breadsticks dropped off…. Order clearly says 2 items and costs like $35. I don’t know how you deliver just bread sticks and then bring a cold pizza later.
I've been ordering from this location for quite some time now, but it's been lacking quality in the last few orders we've placed, but the last order was the worst by far.I placed an order for 6 large pizzas for my kids birthday party and requested EXTRA CHEESE on all of them, the amount of cheese was less than the regular amount they put on, very noticeable that even the guests made comments about it.I did not check the pizzas at the store when I picked them up because not enough time to run other rerrands and to keep them as warm as possible.Store on Trickim Rd & Hwy 92.
Pizza late and not hot all i got was sorry. I order at work in Atlanta never got a pizza like this one always hot

Wonderful Customer Service!! Last week at work I ordered (amazing as usual) pizza from the Trickum Rd store. The delivery service forgot the soda. The Manager brought it to me!!! He was Very kind & professional. Thank you Papa Johns!!
This was not a good delivery time at all. Very bad phone tree system. Used to always find papa johns reliable. This review is for Store #410 3351 Trickum Rd.
30 minutes after order the delivery person showed up but yelled from the car the order was wrong. An hour later I went to Papajohns.com for a phone number but could only get a website Chat. Allan started the chat at 8:49 ten minutes later no resolve or answers all he could do was offer the phone number, which I wanted to began with. 10 minutes of nothing. Called the Papa Johns location and was told Door Dash was the delivery group. They were sorry but could not get another pizza out of another 40 minutes, an hour and 50 minutes after the order was placed. Got cutoff, called back for manager he offered to credit back my order but the credit would not show for a couple of days. Asked for Transaction number of credit but he did not have one. Next morning found a pizza at front door, NO ONE pushed the door bell. This is on a Tuesday evening, not a Friday or Saturday night.
