Papa John's is a great, accept this location. Every single time ive ordered from this location 5+ times something is wrong with my order or something is forgotten. I've picked up multiple times and my order will be ready on the app however in person it's not or they can't find my order by name etc. Have delivery come and they forget items ordered and clearly payed for. It's a shame specially for the rise in prices these day and the quality you actually get. I understand this is a first time job for most employees and there's a learning curve to any job. However it's getting ridiculous at this point and I'm not so sure that I'll be ordering from this location (closest to me) any longer.
They provided pizza for the Jr Wolverine Wrestling team party. Everyone was happy
I don’t want to do this, but my son and I both got very sick after eating the pizza. My order was also wrong. On a positive note, the delivery driver was very kind.
I ordered a pizza and side item for delivery and left a 15% tip on the app. Once the order was delivered the delivery driver CAME BACK to my house and told me I was cheap for not tipping more. I’ll never order from here again!
I appreciate the hard work and fast service but I’m not sure of the quality. Every time I order, my toppings like onions and peppers etc seem barely heated. Not sure if they are undercooking anything. I mean the pizzas are ready alarmingly fast and appear thrown together. I got sick with food poisoning and this was the last thing I ate last night. It’s been a miserable day wish I never ordered here. It’s a big accusation to accuse an entity of giving you food poisoning but I know what I ate and my lunch was not the reason so it has to be the pizza. I won’t be eating papa johns anymore. I truly feel the quality has gone down.
Horrible experience tonight ordered this and only received 1 pizza. My fiancé contacted the store and told them what happened and they said they were sending someone out immediately to bring the other pizza said they were sorry and even offered a free desert for the “misunderstanding”(which we turned down in the kind heart of understanding a long hard day of work as my fiancé just got off himself.) after waiting 2 hours for the 2nd pizza we reheated the one we received in the oven and finally fed my 2 year old at 11pm (way past our usual 9:30 dinner. A schedule we’re on due to my fiancés work schedule.) They never showed with the 2nd pizza. Never called back or anything saying they were delayed or anything. Even took down my phone number again too. Do not recommend and will not order from here again.
Ok not horrible but not good.. staff was fine. Pizza was so so average.. had better pizza a gas station.. omg.. how flippen sad.. PJs gone down hill big time.. seem to use the lowest quality ingredient possible.. Imao dominos and marcos much better.. but stay the flip away from pizza the hut.. worst on planet.. Attention Papa john's CEOs.. get off your golf cart do some research and pursue excellence by example and premium quality.. better ingredients my fanny.. skimpy ingredients more likely... stay safe people.
So I just ordered four pizzas for a kids birthday party three showed up when I called the manager their excuse was they’re busy and offered to allow me to buy another pizza and they would get it out in an hour horrible customer service stick with dominoes
