Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience! I placed an order at 3:15 to be picked up at 5:30... When I got there to pick up my order- I noticed "Sorry" written on my receipt! So, after having to stand in line to find out what was going on with my order... I was told that there was no bread available for the bread bowl soup I had ordered... & I said -"ok but you still charged me the same price for the bread bowl soup that I am not getting." She said -"Well yeah we put an 'extra' to make up for that." It was a bag of chips!! So I had ordered a sour dough bread bowl onion soup & a regular bowl of onion soup- no bread bowl. So, I was given the SMALLER amount of soup that is usually given with the bread bowl... & I received the bowl of soup - the bread bowl that is the usual... I would've had no problem if I'd received the normal bowl of soup - the bread bowl... Or even if I had NOT been charged for the soup in the bread bowl. Instead I was still charged, & a bag of chips was thrown in to "make up for it". Now they had two hours & fifteen minutes to call & tell me there was a problem with my order & how to rectify the problem... Instead I gotta "sorry" written on my receipt!! Disappointing! Especially after I bragged about Panera to my mother-in-law, & that was her first & only experience! I called & asked for the manager...she was very polite & understanding & apologetic :) However, I will not order from them again.

This was my first visit to Panera Bread. I never knew what it was before, but a fellow Scout Leader suggested we meet there to get our scouting tasks organized. So yesterday I found out that Panera is a great place for such purposes, and provides healthy dinner options as well!I got the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad, and it was wonderful!!I was thrilled with all the ingredients in my salad... strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, pecans, tangerines, Romaine lettuce, (maybe another kind as well)....I did realize 1/3 of the way through that there was no Chicken on it, but I went back to the desk to ask about that, and they immediately gave me the chicken for it, with sincere apologies. ? So I have ZERO complaints!!Since I was there with just one other person, (rather than trying to feed my whole family) the price didnt bother me.I paid around $12 for my salad, which is steep for us "per-person" when feeding a crowd, but in this case, it was do-able! ?After eating, we were able to connect to their Wi-fi and use our Troop's website to get some things done. They even have a place to plug in your laptop under the tables! We will be back to accomplish more! Thanks, Panera Bread!!!

Panera Bread What do you call this? It is supposed to be a steak and white cheddar sandwich. I want my money back. This is just unacceptable.

I really want to like this location more. The food is generally good with a reproducible taste and presentation compared to other locations. The service can be a little hit and miss with a lack of professionalism. I understand that with COVID, it's been hard to retain staff. The worst part is the lack of tidiness and cleanliness at this location. I know they can do better.. there have been times when I go in and it looks good and tidy. I'll give them another try soon. Hopefully it gets better.

Ordered through rapid pickup before going to work. Got to work and realized that they’d forgotten the tub of cream cheese I paid for to go with the 12 bagels I ordered. Had to leave work to get the cream cheese. Called the store multiple times and no one picked up.

Had not been here in a while. Management needs to get involved in this location and straighten it up. Order taker not friendly, acted like a robot, They were out of bread she said! place was a mess,. Floor, tables, everything just looked nasty. The sandwich and soup were 4/10 at best in flavor and prep. All employees did not look to be over 18 . I will not be back

Sorry not impressed.......Soup had chicken in its name but not in the soup. The soup was warm at best and we were told to put it in the microwave. My wife's sandwich had two tomatoes, two small slices of bacon two pieces of lettuce and two thin slices of avocado. Not worth the money.

Dropped in tonight after picking my daughter up from a 2.5 hour dance practice. She was hungry but didn’t want to eat anything too heavy, soup at Panera seemed to be just what she wanted. It is a Sunday, but I didn’t know what time they closed. We got inside at 7:47 pm. The young lady at the front did not greet us, but kept busy loading the cookies while we quickly decided what we wanted. My daughter placed her order and then I ordered. She asked for here or to go, we said here. She proceeded to tell me “we close at 8 so you will need to eat fast so you can be out by 8”. Well, I was taken aback and asked to confirm - we have to be finished eating and out of the restaurant by 8? She said yes out by 8. I was a waitress for YEARS! Never ever did I tell a customer they had to be out by the time we locked the doors. I asked to see the manager and he came out quickly. I asked him if it was usual practice for the staff to tell customers they had to be out by closing time. He said , “no, she just meant we close at 8” to which I corrected him that she said we had to eat fast and be out by 8. Then a guy from the back sticks his head in the window behind the mgr and said “she is new”. I told him that’s making excuses for her being rude and being new has nothing to do with the procedure. So either they don’t train their people or they just don’t care. Then while my daughter and I were eating another girl came and got the vacuum, starts vacuuming and then parks the vacuum near us and leaves the dining room, leaving the vacuum running. It was so unprofessional, rude and an overall horrible experience. I get that places aredesperate for help but come on! Train your people! Never going back

Flatbread pizza was recently added to the menu. I liked the pizza here. It went well with the salad I had with it.

Worst Panera Bread I've been to. I've tried giving it a few chances; they never have their full menu available. So instead of making the trip there just to be told they don't have the item I came to get, I tried calling. And when I called their listed phone numbers, no one answered the phone on multiple occasions.
