One of those that will exist because of its name and where it’s located. I eat at panda almost daily. The one located in Powder Springs is a 10! This location. However is a roll of the dice. Tonight my Rangoon’s are burnt and the spring rolls are over done as well but my complain is them for not serving I sweet tea. I am not going back to that location. For that reason. They tell me that not enough people order it. So it’s that big of an expense to provide a small thing to us diabetics besides a bottle of water and Diet Coke which many don’t drink k because it’s poison actually but anyways it would not break the owners bank account to make some damn in sweet tea. Small things that encourage customers or discourage them from coming back.
I love Panda and I try and try to give it more chances but the portions they give are really small the fried rice is always hard seems under cooked and my food is always cold the point of ordering take out is that u don’t have to turn on your stove to have to reheat the food and I’ve had to do that multiple times .
Overall Good experience here, the staff was patient when ordering our food and the dining area was very clean, but next time would like fortune cookies in our Togo order.
Requested white rice or brown rice and I was informed by the employee that they were out of both (white and brown rice). As I was leaving the restaurant without any food, since they were out of the side that I wanted, I noticed them providing another customer with brown rice…
This has been the worst Panda Express I've ever visited. They stop cooking at 7:30 pm even though they close at 9.If you get there at any time after 7, you can expect stale food
Was eating and found a kissing bug in my food and they tried to tell me it was a vegetable I zoomed in so y'all could see I was told it was a vegetable. The lady argued with me not in a hateful way but she argued saying it wasn't a bug and they only refunded half of my order and they did not offer any fresh. Not that I would have took. It Will not be going back to this location ever again
The food is always good, but don't order through the app or through the drive thru. They never give you a full serving. The orange chicken we ordered tonight had 5 pieces of chicken. The broccoli beef has 2 pieces of beef. They usually give you a full serving inside. They see an opportunity to take advantage of you and they do it.
This Panda Express closes at 9pm. We came through the door at 8:03. We stood there waiting for 15 minutes til someone talked to us. They informed us that they aren’t cooking anymore that night and stop cooking at 8pm. That whatever was out in the displays left is what we had to choose from. The food left was dried looking and didn’t look fresh except the fried rice. They were turning customers way left and right. Why be in business if you not want to make money. Really disappointed.

Incredibly rude customer service, ordered delivery at 6:45 PM at 8 PM I called the store to find out what was going on. The Woman that claimed to be manager was incredibly unprofessional, giggling with her friends while we were asking questions. Told us she canceled our order before a door Dash driver got there to pick it up and would refund us in two days. I’ve never heard of a store that cancels your order without so much is an email notification and won’t process a refund for two days. Claims she could not give us a refund because she could not find us in the system but also said she canceled our order which one is it.
