I haven't been to Panda Express in a lot time and I'm glad to know not much has changed. The food was awesome, hot and tasted amazing. It was a perfect meal for lunch. Very filling with a lot of flavor. Certainly going to go back for lunch again.
first panda express i’ve ever been to where they are just completely out of rice, asked the girl for a bowl to do half honey sesame half orange chicken and she said uhhh that would be a plate is that okay. not really okay but sure. had to get lo mein noodles and found long thin piece of metal in my orange chicken i’m sure it wasn’t purposeful but needs to be addressed of course. next time i’ll just eat at the mcdonald’s or chickfla next door.
Rude staff. They always act like they'd rather be doing anything else than help you with your food. Food has had quality issues in the past as well. They also have 9PM posted on the door but when I showed up right at 8 on a Friday they were closed. Will be joining the other reviewers at Chick-fil-A from now on.
I've ordered delivery, twice online - once through Door Dash & once directly through the Panda Website. Both times, the entrees for the plate were missing. How do you completely forget the main entrees? Not one time, but on two separate occasions. The food should be checked for accuracy, better yet completion, before its bagged & delivered.

Not enough fresh Food on the buffet line !! The food look like it’s been sitting since earlier . We just getting off me and my co worker and we were hungry til we saw the food dried out on that buffet line ! Pls do better!

Probably one of the worst locations around. Chicken cold and soggy just like the girls attitude making the food. She acted like she would rather be anywhere but at work. She didn’t even ask what I wanted to eat. She just stared at me until I talked. Very few menu items out to pick from, the ones that were out looked like a bad buffet item. Restaurant was very dirty. I would be embarrassed if I were the franchise owner of this location.
While I am a big fan of Panda Express, this location has continuously been a disappointment. The customer service is nonexistent, the food is always either out or not fresh, and they close before actual closing time. We actually arrived 30 minutes prior to closing and there was no food and the lady at the counter kept her back to us and stayed on her phone. In the short time there, we saw them do the exact same thing to multiple other customers. Very poor way to conduct business. We will not be returning to this location. Shout out to the Chick fil a next door for their amazing service!
My son and I ate here on Nov. 28, 2021, what a terrible experience. The meat taste burned, kinda weird tasting. Utterly disgusting to the point where if we were offered to choose something else, a stern NO THANK YOU would be the reply. Ruined my son's appetite. We asked for a manager, none on site and not able to get a refund. Read these reviews before going to this location. Not good at all.
